Good rooms

Even while their computers were down during the crowdsafe incident all the employees still rallied and make sure that everyone was taken care of. Much appreciated.

The only complaint is the breakfast was not refilled during the hours so we couldn’t eat much

This property is very well kept & quiet ! Kind of isolated so there aren’t many places to eat nearby . But if you’re looking for a clean , spacious room and some peace of mind , this is your spot !

the location was quiet, safe and convenient to the airport and close to the bay tucked away near residential and business park. rooms are clean, comfy and have kitchenettes. best plus are the filtered water stations throughout. we have stayed twice and will stay again when visiting alameda and the bay area.

This was my 5th stay and this time there a lot of syringes with needles all over the parking lot. I probably won’t be staying there again.

We arrived late and left early so we didn't have the opportunity to try some of the amenities like the pool. The breakfast was good and offered enough choices. It would have been nice if there were are restaurant within walking distance.

Quiet and safe place

This hotel was pretty disappointing. The check in staff in the afternoon and evening was not good with customer service; did not seem LGBT friendly and were quite rude. There were no bike rentals despite the claim there were free bike rentals online. The hot tub was not heated and not the cleanest. Breakfast was included but sub-par. The morning staff was great. No issues with the room. Lobby was clean. Does not reach Hilton standards, but I guess that's shown in the price. Not too high of a price per night, but was expecting better from this property.

I paid for my reservation when I booked the hotel. At 10:00pm, when I was finally done with work, my colleague and I went to check in at the hotel. To my frustration and surprise, the hotel informed us that our reservation did not exist. They stated that Hotels.com never paid for the reservation, therefore they marked our rooms as available and booked to someone else. The worst part is that the hotel was completely booked up, as was their sister hotel next door, and the hotels close by. I was extremely frustrated. The front desk finally was able to finnagle 1 room with one bed and one pull out couch. I appreciated the effort, but it was one out of two rooms and after being at the front desk for an hour. Super aggravating situation.

the refrigerator /freezer would make noises in the middle of the night that sounded like chickens or other animals. twice at 10Pm big boom coming from floor below woke me up

Clean staff are really nice

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were unavailable.

The front desk manager was amazing and so were the rest of the staff. Customer service was off the charts and made us feel just like home!

The room was spacious. Utensils, microwave, refrigerator even dishwasher are there! Room is clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was outstanding.

My Hotel room was spacious, had a microwave and Fridge, Rooms are cleaned daily, i loved everything besides breakfast and being charged a parking fee. Something has to be done about their breakfast it was horrible.

This property exceeded my expectations. I stayed for 2 days, due to my home being remodeled. The rooms are spacious, filled with all the necessities. It was truly a home away from home. It was a plus because they accept fur babies. The decor was lively and fun. I would definitely go back.

The stay was a lot better than expected! I booked it for my son’s 7th bday “cousins sleepover” and this stay did not disappoint at all! Clean, staff friendly and patient, area was spacious! Can’t wait to book a room for myself

I loved my stay there! It was clean, quiet, the staff was welcoming. My only complaint was the bed was hard! Felt like I was sleeping on a very firm cardboard box. My Lyft driver had said he had the same experience. I still still slept well though. So for a night or two it’s not bad considering everything else is fabulous.

Very new, clean, close to the airport hotel. Hit the Hampton Inn for food and drinks...

Bistro bar over at Hampton is a minute away and good food. Very nice room and super quiet!

We had a great weekend up until the last morning. I went downstairs around 6:35 AM to ask if late check out was available as how I had been advised the day before. The girl at the front desk said yes I will not your room for 12:30 PM. One back upstairs in around 9 AM housekeeping was knocking on our door (I’m not sure why they were talking at 9 AM considering check out is at 11). I told her no we are doing late check out at 12:30. 11:05 AM. She was knocking on the door again. Then the front desk called and stated they don’t have a check out and I told them about when I went down earlier that morning and the girl said OK well we will give it to you but if you leave anytime after 1230 we will be charging, which is understandable, but not sure where the disconnect was of who I spoke to that morning. We were celebrating our ninth year anniversary, so it’s a bit upsetting to end it on such a note of the hotel hustling us all morning to check out. They were still going to get a good review from me up until now, even though we couldn’t sleep in yesterday either because you hear housekeeping yelling at each other in the hallway from room to room. I also wasn’t going to mention how we reserved and paid for a room with a view of the mountains and water yet all we got was a View of the building next-door. The rooms are nice. The hotel is nice, but beware of check out if you were requesting late, check out end of you if you request it when you book and pay.
