This hotel is a little gem. Really easy going and quiet. Views from balconies are great. Really enjoyed staying in this hotel.

Terrible drive into hotel. Building site and stray dogs. No sheets in bedroom. Mouldy leaking aircon. No cups etc either. Food very ordinary with no atmosphere in restaurant area. Very overpriced for the offering.On the positive Lovely young who were trying their best but too few of them. Great views but a long ugly walk to beach.

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful, the room was exactly like it is in the photos, it was clean enough.

Water smells of egg . Rooms need updating the floor slides side to side Dirty room Poo stains and urine marks on bed Slimy shower - avoid at all costs

Disappointing to find hotel not fully open,pool empty of water with maintenance staff in attendance.

I know we stayed at this hotel out of season as our trip wasn't for a holiday but very disappointing as paying guests! On arrival in the middle of the night we were given a key to a room on the opposite side of the hotel, to get there and need to use phone torch to see where we were as no electricity on, staff followed after us using his own torch saying "wrong key", to be then given a key to the room next door with no electricity or water on, so then given a third key to a room opposite side of hotel again but a smaller room which only sleeps 2 people not 3 as we'd paid for. We stayed here for 9 days and had NO housekeeping whatsoever; no change of towels, bedding or cleaning of any type. The hotel itself is on the top of a VERY steep hill so no good whatsoever if you've problems with mobility with no restaurants in the immediate area and hotel restaurant closed it's a big hike to go out to eat. Some staff were lovely and couldn't fault them but others, as paying guests, we were more or else left isolated and to fend for ourselves. The hotels condition was poor, it looked beautiful in the photographs and the room layout and view was fantastic but cleanliness was appalling! Toilet was stained and disgusting, the net curtain was ripped, the balcony was constantly full of water and as said no housekeeping done throughout our stay. The reception area was leaking badly with rain. Avoid this place is you value cleanliness and don't like hiking. certainly wouldn't stay here again.

Place looks good but the room is missing details as tea and coffee machine and the usual things on the bathroom are not there. The breakfast is disappointing and not good. The water on the sink was salty and hot water takes so much to heat up.Overall, if you are looking for a room to sleep and get away on daylight then this hotel is okay but if you need service then you should select another property since they need to be improved...

Very friendly people, nice pool, delicious food and cocktails

The hotel is located in a residential area with dumping land next to it. Lots of stray dogs/cats. Our room was filthy. I had to ask reception to send the housekeeper to clean the light shades next to the bed that previous guests had used as ash trays. The room reeked of cigarette and bad body odour! The bathroom was so dirty and taps and sink had not been cleaned nor the shower glass. I felt physically sick. The batteries of the remote control to the aircon were drained. The hotel had no lift service nor Tea/coffee making facilities in the room, incorrectly advertised on hotels.com. The hotel is situated from the centre and on a steep hill. A taxi costs 25TL one way. The only positive thing to say is that the view from the hotel is stunning. Avoid if you treasure your health.

High attention to detail from this establishment. I can't fault them. Clean & comfortable rooms, lovely amenities and excellent service from all staff especially the lady at reception and of Umit in the restaurant A+++++++ (the view was AMAZINGLY too!!)

A nice and clean room with wonderful sea-view. The problem we faced there was that, the hotel room we reserved did not have hot water, so i didn’t have any other choice but to take a freezing cold shower in the middle of winter hopefully there was a hairdryer. i enjoyed my stay with my friend at Neopol Hotel.

It wasnt too bad to be honest, we stayed there one night, and it was ok for that price. The view was perfect, and night receptionist were so helpful.

What a beautiful view! This was also, by far, the most spacious hotel room we had in Turkey, and for a good price. Kusadasi is also a great little city, a fun Mediterranean getaway with lots to do and a lot of nearby (and in-city) history. There were a few hiccups, however -- this is clearly generally a well-appointed hotel with great services, but like so many places right now, the pandemic has things running not quite at 100%. Hotel services like the restaurant and pool are closing a little early, and are not quite full service at this time (the pool bar isn't open, for example, and the restaurant has a VERY limited selection available). The room, while clean and with lots of features, had a few flaws (floor not in perfect repair, slightly broken desk in sitting room, only one trash can in a very large place, for example). But, again, this is easily attributable to the current circumstances; I definitely had the impression that things are normally A-one. Bottom line: I'd definitely stay again, but a tiny bit more attention could be paid to maintenance at the moment (really, just a little). One more thing: it's up the hill a ways from the rest of town, so unless you're a walker (we are, so it was great for us), you'll need to take taxis to the rest of Kusadasi.

Our stay it was very bad because it’s not clean or good for the virus there is no very good clean and they clean every 2 or 3 days and very bad services

We really enjoyed our stay at Neopol Otel. Our only issue wasn’t even a big one just related to the off season travel. The restaurant service was quite limited due to the off season but the staff did try to accommodate our requests.

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very nice with great views across the sea and a nice sea breeze to keep you cool. I took the dinner option and the food was great and the breakfast had lots of great choices. I ended up spending 3 nights here I was so impressed originally it was only going to be one night. They even gave me a later checkout than normal when I asked to fit in with my travel plans without any extra charges. It was a great value hotel for the price.

I liked how it was very clean and most of the staff were friendly. Taney can improve more on entertainment as it was quite boaring and nothing to do at the hotel except using the pool which closed at 9 pm so if you had come from the city enter and wanted to use the pool you couldnt. Overall it was ok
