It was perfect! The hotel is beautiful, room was great, nice big TV, and great continental breakfast. The location was ideal for us, outside of Booth Bay, but not too far. We will def stay here again.

Handicapped & Had to climb stairs to room… thought I had requested first floor room.

Breakfast room was attractive and the items offered were fine, although we thought it would be more of a full breakfast and include fresh eggs and sausage or bacon

While this is a lovely place with beautiful decor in a good-sized room with a cool sofa, we were quite disappointed that we had no hot water for the duration of our stay. We were told upon check-in that the problem existed and that they were working on it, but it was never resolved. I asked at check-out if there was to be any compensation for the inconvenience, and I was told a manager would call me. It's been 10 days, and I have heard nothing.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Cod Cove Inn spontaneously after another accommodation in the area fell through. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful during a late night check in and in the morning. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The Continental breakfast was good.

We had a lovely stay at Cod Cove Inn. Our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

My only rating less than excellent was related to service. I stayed 2 nights and there was no visit tot the room by housekeeping during my stay. Not sure if this was an oversight or they only clean rooms when the stay is completed, I don't know. While this was not a major issue for me, it may be for others, or during longer stays.

Tiles in bathroom missing grout. Bed frame design caused the legs to extend beyond the mattress causing my wife to hit her foot several times. The breakfast menu was carb laden, with no protein option.

This was a very convenient stopover location for us en route to the botanic gardens. Grounds are really nice and well maintained. Quite reasonable breakfast options. Would recommend.

Quaint little hotel with a nice pool area and flower garden to sit in. Breakfast was a nice array of items from: making your own waffles, cereal, biscuits and sausage and gravy. Muffins, fruits and yogurt. Stay were very friendly.

The perennial garden and swimming pool were great. Saying there is a view of the water is a stretch as you can only see a sliver of water in the far distance. It was pleasant and the beds were comfortable. Our toilet handle was broken. The staff were friendly.

We showed up for our reservation at 830 at night after a long drive and they turned us away saying their system messed up eventhough expedia has us ans they see expedia has us and eventhough expedia spoke with them several days prior on my behalf...they oversold the hotel. Said oh we can have you drive another 30 mins to a less popular and less appealing place in a direction that wasnt even close. They wanted to keep our $ and send us to a hotel worth about $150 a night less. They were not accompdating. And they acted like "oh well". Place looked grimey as well. So we will definitely never book there or any offiliated hotels again.

Stayed at the inn for a night while heading to Acadia. The pool was well kept with a garden.
They are renovating some parts of the inn which looks great. The room was spacious and clean.
