A magical stay! Right in the heart of Porto’s vibrant Ribeira district, and close to all the sights. The property managers communicated with me the whole time to ensure we had a great stay. It’s an apartment and it was initially confusing to find given we had never been to Porto, but the managers were messaging with me and had someone meet us to show us how to find and enter the space. The apartment itself was beautiful, even better than we expected. The view from the balconies is million dollar! We enjoyed our time there and the managers messaged us a few times to check in and give us recommendations in town. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Porto.

The place was awesome, with views of the river. Our apartment had two levels, balconies were nice. Just keep in mind that this building does not have elevators so It was a bit of a pain to drag the suitcases up and down.

Nice little place in a great location. Right on the water in a central location, close to the bridge, food, and shopping. Beautiful views and not too loud at night.

Excellent location. So pretty and a beautiful view of the river, close to all the things. Property was clean. Hot water in shower was minimal and struggled to keep up with family of 3. Sound proofing was lacking and had to ask the family above us to stop letting kids run back and forth because it was loud at 10pm. Porto had a lot of rain and there was water leaking through a cabinet. They responded immediately via text but we don't know if it was actually addressed. Two ductless mini splits for heat and AC but ours didn't appear to work. All though we had some issues, we would stay there again. The location can't be beat.

The property owner / manager never provided us with the address of the rental. We paid and were never provided with check in info. They also failed to provide a refund. Total scam. Avoid this rental at all cost. Wasted an entire day of our vacation and cost us hundreds of dollars. Worst experience renting an apartment that we have ever had.

Amazing place to get to know Porto. Super clean, new, spotless! Central we could walk to everywhere! Hosts are super nice and responsive any time. Highly recommended. Just missed a wash machine for washing the family clothes, everything else amazing!

We had a fantastic stay at YOUROPO Ribeira. The location is very convenient, right on the river with amazing views of Ribeira, Gaia and the river. You can experience the hustle and bustle of the riverfront right from your balcony. Transportation options are also nearby with tram, bus, metro and Sao Bento train station all within quick walking distance. The apartment is absolutely wonderful with all the amenities that are required. The best part is the customer service. They are simply awesome. They provided clear check-in and check-out instructions and were very prompt with responses both before and during our stay. They periodically checked with us via WhatsApp just to see if everything is okay and if we need any help. I cannot praise the customer service experience enough. They are truly wonderful and really cared. Thanks to Joao, Carlos, Luis, Diogo, Paulo, and Ana for excellent service experience. We had a fantastic 4-night stay at the apartment and returning home with fond memories of Porto. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have great time in Porto. It’s suitable for all especially couples and families with kids as it has amazing views and ample space. If I can give more than 5-star rating I would do it in a heartbeat (I have travelled around the world and would rate this customer service experience as one of the best I have experienced).

We had a wonderful stay. Comfortable bed on the firm side, amazing location with great view from the balcony. We loved the cozy sofa nook for sitting and watching the river scene.

This apartment was spectacular. If I return to Porto, I will book it again. The view was incredible and romantic, and the apartment was spacious with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfy living room and kitchen with large fridge. A mini mart is a one-minute walk away, so it was great to put snacks and ciders in the fridge, making the stay extra cozy. Finally, the communication - through WhatsApp - was attentive, friendly, and in English. We went to new restaurants on the water each night, got custard breakfasts and coffee every morning, drank port wine, enjoyed river tours, and loved every moment of our stay at this perfectly-located, clean apartment in Porto. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in the Your Opo Ribeiro apartment. The view was breathtaking and was a huge plus for us. Coffee on the verandah, or lazy afternoons relaxing on the sofa just enjoying Porto's delightful river and townscape, wete highlights. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well organised with all the amenities we required. The location was brilliant and always easy to find (just walk downhill). The value for money was excellent also. We will definitely be back!!

This apartment was in a perfect location in Porto and the space was large, comfortable and immaculate as well as decorated in a tasteful manner. Loved sitting on the balcony and watching everyone in The Ribeiro. We will stay again when visiting!

The apartment is in the heart of all the activities by the river, yet it was very quiet inside. I would stay here again and again, no questions asked.

We were able to get into the apartment using a code to get access to a key to the apartment. In a short time a representative of the host, Luisa, arrived to give us an orientation to the apartment and Porto. Her command of the English language was exceptional. The views from the apartment, on the 4th floor, were panoramic and beautiful. We enjoyed staying at this apartment and would definitely consider it again when renting in Porto. One caution, I do not believe there is a elevator and the steps are steep to the apartment so this would probably not be a preferred apartment for everyone. However, we certainly enjoyed it.

Ours was along riverfront: 2 levels, 2 bedroom, 2 balconies - 1 on each level - upper floor balcony off master bedroom is a bit wider - v comfortable for sitting and eating.. Easy to access apt. Sent them email or text 2 days before arrival and they email you the code to get in building lobby and code to get room key out of lock box. Simple & safe. Staff will meet at apt to help you get in but we absolutely didn't find it necessary. For this apartment location, make SURE you take regular taxi cab from airport / train station since non-taxis can not access the river front walkway that gets closest to front door - taxis can get in. Location was 12/10 - right along river. Incredible view. Crazy pretty. Room was also 12/10 - super new / clean / very nicely modern decorated / furnished. Bed very comfortable. Main bathroom circular shower stall maybe a bit small but I'm over 6 foot and over 210 lbs and I had no problem using it. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Kitchen made apt even more useful as made several meals to eat on balcony - including watching sunset. LOADS of nightlife and restaurants in this area. Only euro 10 uber ride uphill to heart of locals dining areas including near University. - cheaper by bus / metro. Planning to return to this apartment in November.

Excellent location. The apartment is exactly as the pictures are showing. The only drawback was that there were very steep stairs as the apartment is in the 3rd floor. Not recommended for older people. Very Clean place and very attentive staff. They provide you with a cell phone to use while you are there.

Sits right on the Douro River in the heart of Riberia! If you are not athletic- the stairs are rather steep.
