It was great as usual. I know that I'm getting clean and comfortable everytime I have to stay in town there. I will stay there until proven otherwise.

Love the location and the friendly staff. They were very helpful and took the time to make sure everything was going well with our stay. The only complaint I have it the room smelled like a dog was there before our stay.

Room is spacious and clean . All faucets and sinks in working order. Love the regular size fridge for food storage. Pool could use some cleaning as white signage had lots of stains. We were on the 3rd level and had trouble with noise above us every night between 10:45-11:45p. Lots of running and stomping .

Was a good stay, quiet for the most part, great breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, only issue was pool area had a few rude guests but thats is not the the businesses fault.

We loved the location; there was enough parking. We loved the spacious room; it justified the photos and description on the website.
The cafeteria staff was friendly and always made sure there was breakfast, and the place was clean.
I am disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. We were there for seven nights, and the room was cleaned only once. Our bathroom needed cleaning, and we requested twice from the staff, but no one cleaned it.

A huge food splatter or loogie on the wall by bed, trash frim previous huest was not emptied from our kitchen trash can. Shower door wouldnt slide shut all the way so the floor was a pool of water once you got out and the bed was UNCOMFORTABLE

I liked how clean it was. I could hear thumping (I think it was people moving around above my room).

My stay was adequate, but I had to leave a day earlier than my original reservation, due to a family issue. I called the front desk to tell them I was checking out, but when I reached out to expedia to get a refund for the final day, they stated that your property declined it because I was still there. (I was in Medina, Ohio at the time). This is ridiculous and unacceptable.
Thank you expedia for all of your work. I will continue to be a loyal customer, but NOT for this property.

Door reader was dead had to wait on housekeeping to clean another room. They left food in the fridge as well as change and a few other little things on the floor… guests seemed way louder than respectful complaints were made. Guests were told sorry call corporate… would have liked to see it resolved with care by on site staff. Would return.

Dominique made sure our visit was perfect. She took care of our needs and made sure our room was pristine. When we entered a room, it had a residual smell from previous guests. She was quick to move us without issue, and she personally cleaned the previous room so it was fresh for the next guests (our friends got the same room and did not complain of smell). She was friendly and gracious.

We needed a quick overnight stop and this was perfect. Clean comfortable bed, clean bathroom with plenty of towels and it was so nice to order a pizza and eat off real plates. Our room was quiet and we enjoyed the breakfast.

We have stayed at this hotel with extended family twice during the past year. Both times we were extremely impressed with the staff and grateful for the large, spacious rooms.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. I was a little shocked at the condition of the room (exact same room) as I stayed in a year ago. There were some chipped tiles and grout in the bathroom, an obvious water stain on the ceiling in the living room and a cord missing its plug on one of the lamps in the living room. I would have thought they would jump to repair all of that I. This last year. But for the most part the atmosphere is great, staff is friendly and helpful, amenities were good and the food was average. It is convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay again.
