Great stay. Staff was helpful, but room was not ready until after 6 pm due to short staffing. Front desk girls were doing a great job of handling the crowd and situation.

Stayed for a concert downtown which was about a 30 minute drive. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is like new and the room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good and the evening kickback was a pleasant surprise.

Loved the free breakfast and free evening snacks and drinks. Had a suite room with a comfortable sitting area. Beds were comfortable. Nice hot tub and pool. Elevators were clean, quiet and quick. Would definitely check out other Drury hotels in other areas.

This was a great hotel experience for me. Clean and well-maintained rooms and premises, nice big tv, large upscale bathroom, comfortable bed. Even thought the hotel seemed packed, it was very quiet. I appreciated that I could turn off the HVAC and avoid the annoying fan noise that often disturbs me at other hotels. Breakfast had lots of options. It was pretty ordinary but fine. They serve a small selection of hot food, salad and beverages at dinner time - a much-appreciated amenity I’ve never encountered before. Employees seemed to enjoy working there, which translated into great customer service. The only negative I can think of is the garish picture setting on the tv. But overall, it was an excellent experience and I’ll be seeking out Drury properties in the future.

We stayed for one night. From check-in to check-out the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The evening drinks and food was excellent. The hot breakfast was great.

This place is excellent!
Lots of amenities close by. A quick Uber to downtown. Very clean. Lots of parking.
Every staff member was so helpful and friendly.
My only issue, is I would’ve like to have had an in-room safe, otherwise, thank you for a perfect stay!
I don’t know if I will ever be back in Cleveland, but if I ever am, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location. Our room was not made up or cleaned at all while we there. Not sure if this is the policy for a 2-night stay, but we were a bit surprised. Our shower/tub had a climb of long hair stuck on the wall. Quite off putting. Also the tub drain was not draining and needed to be wedged open while showering.

Beautiful, very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, friendly staff including front desk, during meals, & housekeeping. I liked the security of having to use room key to enter the premises after a certain time. The breakfast & evening "kick back" had a lot of options & the food was very good. My only minor complaint was on Saturday morning, the doors were closed almost 15 minutes before the stated closing time which meant we couldn't access even cold items or fruit. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay & will return.

The hotel had great service with friendly helpful staff. We were very pleasantly surprised about the evening snack time, in addition to the breakfasts. The beds were very comfortable. And the hot tub and pool were nice.
