The staff is very nice and friendly and one of beautiful lady can speak good English and she gave me a lot of help which is not her native responsibility.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the day and they were able to check us in early, store our luggage, and brought our luggage to our room once our room was ready.

Excelente, sin embargo me asignaron una habitación para discapacitados y en el baño se regaba todo el agua de la ducha.

the breakfast on the outside balcony was nice. the rooms are bit small Also, it would be nice for the hotel to provide more than 1 bottled water per room .atleast 2 bottles would be nice Overall the stay was nice & the staff was very helpful and friendly

My stay was a bit strange, but not uncomfortable. Check-in is on an upper level, so when you enter the hotel, you find only a bank of elevators. Luckily, when I arrived at 2 a.m., somebody came down to greet me. Check-in was in a sort of aquarium or bank-like glass enclosure, with the agent totally protected. The lobby was closed for "fumigation" when I checked out, so they just slid the receipt under the door. The restaurant was also being "fumigated" during my stay, so the included breakfast was served in styrofoam containers brought to my room, and wasn't very appealing at all. The rate was quite affordable, but I was later told that the pricing and the excessive covid protections were because the hotel was being used as a quarantine point for travelers who tested positive. Wonderful.

People are so lovely, kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Overall it has been excellent service.

The hotel is only 7 months old so everything is very new and modern. It is the first Hampton n Peru and I’ve never been n a cleaner hotel in the world. Patricia, at the front desk, got a BA n Hospitality 2 years ago and she is very professional n her work. I asked about seeing several places n town and she always knew where they were and printed out a map showing the route I should take. On my birthday, which I hadn’t mentioned to anyone, she arranged a little celebration and joined other staff in singing the Birthday song. Best hotel experience anywhere anytime.

This HAMPTON is the only one n Peru and it opened 7 months ago so everything is new and modern. The restaurant is on the ninth floor, affording views of Lima w meals. Breakfast is free and the selections r numerous and tasty. Staff r always cheerful & helpful. Very clean & modern part of Lima

We stayed here 2 nights and enjoyed our stay very much because the hotel is brand new and the staff are extremely nice and courteous. When we checked out on the 29th of January, I forgot my wallet in the room. When I realized this at the Lima airport, I called the hotel front desk where the crew at the time (Angelo, Lorena, Pamela, Vanesa, Aldahir, Hironi, and Mariana) took it upon themselves and found my wallet which contained all my cards, cash and identity cards. We recommend this hotel without any reservations and enjoy the smiling people along with its excellent facilities and top location in Lima. Very clean in a beautiful and calm residential area. It is close to a park and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
