I have stayed at this property before, also for a medical family emergency. It is 6 minutes from Kootenai Medical Hospital. But it offers free parking, free laundry with plenty of machines and it is surrounded by restaurants, a cinema and other shopping. It is set back from main traffic and is quiet. The beds are still firm and the kitchen has a full size refrigerator. It makes a great oasis from the grinds of being in a hospital environment.

This hotel was excellent. The amenities were great the rooms were wonderful and the beds were better than any hotel I have stayed in. We will be back!

Fantastic stay!

Trash was left under kitchen sink from previous guest. Other than that hotel was pleasant to stay at.

It was too loud with the elevator

Wonderful and spacious hotel in a great area. Only minor complaint was the AC was loud in the bedroom.

The hotel and rooms were excellent. The daily breakfast was great. The only thing that was kind of concerning was the constant burned rubber smell in the elevators.

This Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice! My family and i loved that we could walk to restaurants and some retail stores. Very nice part of town and easy parking with no issues. This is our go to Hotel to stay at from now on in Coeur d'alene.

This hotel was fantastic! We enjoyed almost everything about it throughout our stay. The rooms themselves are superb, couldn’t have asked for a better room layout and the size was perfect for our family of 4. Breakfast was well above average each morning and the location is excellent with many dining options within walking distance. The only 2 things that held us back from giving a 5 star rating were that the hotel advertises and shows 2 available electric vehicle charging spots but does nothing to ensure these spots are saved for those who need them or plan on 7 using them. There are no signs saying EV only or anything blocking regular gas cars from parking there. And exactly that happened, 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, the spots were blocked by gas cars and we were unable to charge. Lastly, the pool is quite small compared to most hotels but that’s much harder to resolve/change compared to our bigger complaint of simply saving the advertised EV spots for EV owners. Other than that, we have nothing to complain about and will likely plan on staying here again in the future!

Love the location of this hotel. Lots of walking opportunities. We walked to dinner each night and walked to the river beach to swim. Hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great!

Didn’t think the parking was great

The room was cleaned but the shower drain was open and we had to put it back on the drain. One of the towels didn't look clean and had something crusty on it. Parking was difficult; there are way less spaces than there are hotel units.

Nice breakfast, we liked the larger one bedroom suite with the kitchenette. We did not receive any light housekeeping as promised. The area is nice as it is close to downtown by car, but also walkable for some restaurants and shops.

We loved this hotel and how dog friendly it was. We enjoyed walking every day on the trail and to the restaurants close by! It felt safe and was very clean! We would stay here aging!

The proximity to The Village at Riverstone area is a real plus for us. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants, shopping, movie theater, etc... The Staybridge has become our home away from home when in the CDA area.

Staybridge was very well located and easy to find. Rooms were clean and the hotel is relatively new. Rooms were quiet and we slept very well. Having breakfast included for the kids made life easy to get going for the day. Breakfast was also great with eggs, fresh berries, two waffle makers, etc. Coeur D'Alene is such a great destination or the lake, Silverwood, and great lakes to explore in big sky country. Great down-to-earth people too.

We really loved staying here! Hotel was super clean and the suite was spacious. Breakfast buffet had awesome variety and options. We recommend this hotel and look forward to returning here.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located close to dining areas and shops.

Cleanliness could use some improvement. 1st room upon check in smelled like urine. Went back down to front desk and changed to a 2nd room. This rooms fridge still had other people’s food in it. Too tired to change rooms as everything else seemed satisfactory. Will potentially evaluate other options in the future. Front desk agent was very kind and prompt.

We stayed here for one night for our anniversary. Everything was well kept and the amenities were fantastic with a full size fridge and kitchenette area it was a great place to stay.

Great stay great everything!

First room was not made up. Bed unmade, towels scattered etc. second room toilet not flushed. Towels scattered. In front of elevator around edges dirty with dirt and debris. In parking lot signs all around saying the motel had no liability. Our 12 night stay in different this one was a disaster. Guest Che in guy was cordial and tried.
