Do not stay there if you are a disabled person!!! Do not stay there if you care about safety requirements like handrails and ease of egress during catastrophic events such as fires!!! Do not stay there if sanitation is important…told not to dispose of used toilet paper down toilets…put in waste basket…oh yeah, they don’t clean your room until you leave… Do not stay there if you expect management to be customer oriented and even discuss other arrangements needed due to the misfit of the property and your basic needs… Do not stay there if you believe management should not make it’s staff scapegoats…they have no power to help…only to apologize…

Lovely place in a fantastic location. Everything was professional and easy. Check-in was simple, good communication and someone at the reception office during the day if any questions. Everything was as advertised and all facilities as described and working. Bed was comfortable.

Great place to stay while visiting Athens. Has everything you need, it's like a home from home. Very clean. Also has a great roof-top area with a perfect view of the Acropolis. Centrally located and close to everything.

Loved staying at this property. We have stayed in higher end hotels further out of the city; however, we really enjoyed staying in the heart of Athens! Check-in was easy and communication with the property was clear and helpful. They were highly responsive. We did appreciate that are 2 locked door to pass before you can access the apartments. We felt very safe in the area and often returned late in the evening/early in the morning. Everything is in walking distance and there is a mini market very close by. The metro is about a 3 minute walk and can bring you to and from the airport with ease. We tried to sleep with the windows open; however, you can certainly hear the Athen's night life bustling- even at 3:00am! No worries, we just closed the windows and used the air conditioner. We would certainly stay here again.

Amazing little piece of big city paradise in the middle of Athens! Extremely convenient to everything and all self contained. A really authentic experience!!

Great location, but be prepared its above 2 restarunts that stay open very late. Well stocked kitchenette if you need it. Nice roof top balcony with a great view of the acropolis. Good size room for 2 people. There is a small set of stairs to the small elevator that will only hold 2 persons or 1 person and 2 suitcases. Persons with mobility issues would have problems. Staff were friendly and kept us informed via email.

ToStay loft is located near the metro station which makes for cheap and easy transport to and from the airport. The loft was easy to find and their check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was very nice, and the bed was so comfortable. The office staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Gritty, quirky location with a huge range of fun eating and shopping options in easy walking distance. Furnishings and facilities in rooms were tasteful and practical. Staff accessible and very helpful.

Great central location, close to all the resturants and the Acropolis. Super easy to walk to all the main attractions and the train station. Room was moderately clean, however they do not provide daily housekeeping like it says on the website and the bed was pretty uncomfortable and only had sheets, no blanket, just a stained duvet with no cover to use.

The hotel looked great on the website. Upon arriving there was a very small elevator to get luggage up and down. The beds were covered with only top sheets and a mattress cover. The mattress covers were stained and there was a bug casing on one of the mattresses. It was horrible. More hostel than hotel. Would not recommend.

The immediate area looked like slums. I understand a “trendy” bohemian atmosphere may be what is being pushed but it’s a true turn-off. The entrance to the building looked like a post WW2 disaster.

Reception desk were very friendly and helpful. Area is noisy at night. We stayed for 6 days, no housekeeping. Hot water is on demand, sink makes a loud noise when someone is taking a shower. Very basic, utensils not even enough for 4 people.

My tiny apartment was clean , everything I needed was there. Mine I think was for one person only . (Polos ) . First entry was stressful, as had to follow emailed instructions , however they were clear and after that everything was easy . In the apartment one also has to follow instructions for heat and hot water , again all clear after you are used to it , I stayed a week and I would again , but next time I would pay extra to have this tiny space cleaned in between . There is a open roof terrace and reception during the day , but you still need to use keypad to enter building regardless of time . One minute to monasteraki station , many shops around , and restaurants. The location is very central to everything yet in the apartment was calm .

great location and connectivity to other parts of the city! train station is a 5 min walk and plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. the unit itself was clean and had the basics. definitely a smaller room but that’s all we needed since we were out most of the day anyway

Had a great time staying at ToStay Lofts! Great location right in the city centre, but can be a bit loud at night due to some bars around the area. Nice spacious room, well appointed. We really enjoyed the roof top terrace, had great views of the acropolis.

This property was a really fun place to stay at. Tons of bars and nightlife in the area plus a view of the Acropolis (which was especially cool at night). It was very clean, check-in and check-out was very easy, and it was in a great location for getting around (right by the Metro and right by a Hop-On Hop-Off bus stop).

PROS: location (proximity to major sites and Metro/central), lovely terrace, comfy couch, heat is excellent, staff is approachable/nice, lots of outlets throughout the space, great security (multiple codes & doors to enter space) CONS--for some: *right next to bars/restaurants that play music quite literally all night (weekends it did not stop until 5 am), I could hear it through closed windows, white noise app, AND ear plugs -- I have stayed in the neighborhood previously, about 3 minute walk away, and it was silent at night there so this was unexpected and inconvenient *the internet was okay (slowed down during my stay, went out several times), luckily I wasn't working but it would have been hard if I had been . . . *no cleaning provided despite an 8 day stay, it would have been nice to have had at least a trash pick-up *shower did not have a good seal so the floor got very wet and slippery--if you want extra towels to help, it's a charge (according to the sign in your room)

It is centrally located. 20 minute walk to the Acropolis, 2 blocks from the metro station with several bars and restaurants near by. The front desk was very helpful with getting a covid test and advice.

Really comfortable apartment in one of the best locations possible.

We had a comfortable stay at ToStay Loft. Check-in was easy and clearly communicated. We found the location very convenient - both in terms of proximity to tourist sites as well as convenience for eating out / nightlife. The studio itself is roomy and very clean - we felt at home. The team was helpful in keeping our bags for our last day.

A great budget option with a great location. The good: Very clean, nicely decorated and well equipped, spacious, walking distance to train station, attractions and restaurants and bars, good communication, friendly staff, lovely view of Acropolis from the roof terrace, easy to get to with the train from the airport. Very good air conditioning. The bad: The Apollon room is not to reccomend because of noise. There is a gate right next to the bedroom which slams almost constantly. This is probably not problematic for the other rooms. Hip, lively neighborhood might not be for everyone, I found it charming. We were awoken early due to construction noise which continued all day. No private balcony. Overall I would recommend this hotel but would request a different room not adjacent to the entrance gate.
