My stay at Home2 was as expected with the exception of 2 things. 1 - the front desk host that checked me in was not very friendly. He seems that I was bothering him. Additionally, when I called down to ask for some more towels, he required me to come down and pick them up. Usually these things are brought to your room. 2 - my shower had no hot water on the morning of my checkout.

The service was poor. The front desk attendants were responsive but rude. Housekeeping failed to clean the room during our stay although we were informed twice that our room would be serviced. We informed during check-in and on the day of scheduled cleaning when I contacted the front desk.

Lovely place to stay.

I usually love home2. They’re usually clean and smell nice. Not the case here. The breakfast is usually OK (not great but ok), but here it really wasn’t. No housekeeping on weekends so have to go to desk for towels, TP, etc. This one also wasn’t as clean as other Home2 hotels I’ve been to. There were hairs on shower floor and an overall grimy feeling on the doorknobs. Super dirty carpet and the fridge had puddles of water on the shelves. Also we were given an open/partially used bottle of dish soap- that hasn’t been the case at other Home 2’s I’ve been to. I wasn’t pleased with this location.

The water did not get hot when the hotel was to capacity.

We only stayed one night so maybe it was the location of the room. It was just noisy. Lots of banging.

Enjoyed our stay and only minutes away from OWA

The hotel was fabulous. The staff were very courteous and friendly. Very clean. The only minor issue was that the refrigerator made a loud noise and ran for quite awhile. Then toward the end of our stay the dishwasher kept coming on. Overall, our stay was quite nice. I would definitely book this location again!

When we first arrived everything seemed nice. The next morning we woke up there was a rodent crawling up the wall. I went ask for a supervisor to inform them and she replied “it’s the season, it’s hot, we can’t control roaches.” My family and I travel every summer and never had this issue. The room seemed cleaned but after being in there for 4 nights we found a fake acrylic nail on the floor by the bed, and hair in the corners of the bathroom floor. The floor by bed where my toddler slept closest to the window seemed like it wasn’t vacuumed as crumbs or some sort was alongside the bed. Our second night was horrible being that the walls are very thin. The guest they put above us must’ve came in at midnight and seemed as if they stomped across the floor the entire night making it impossible to stay asleep!

First of I book our room back in may and when I tried to pay they told us to pay when we arrived an when we arrive they had cancel our reservations then told us they had no room available so my mother in law an father in law had to stay with us in our room they had no housekeeping for the weekend the breakfast was cold an the milk was outdated it was terrible they guy that waited on us was very rude and wasn’t trying to help us figure out what happen he was like I don’t know whatever

Awesome property

This hotel was really nice it lived up to the name.. Home2! We really enjoyed our stay at the facility.

The hotel staff was nice and polite. However, the laundry crew and housekeeping were not on their job. We did not have clean towels the last two days of our stay. Every time we asked we were told no clean towels were available. When we asked for house keeping services, which were to only make the beds, they did not.

Room wasn’t cleaned & not stocked with blankets for pull-out bed or conditioner for shower. Other guests left mess around like food spills in elevator, water puddles in elevator.

the room looked like someone was there before, housekeeping came straight up the bad, did not clean anything, hair all over the shower, so ya disgusting, also very loud noise, did not like at all!

The room looked beautiful but it smelled very bad. I didn’t know all of the rooms were pet friendly. The room smelled like pet droppings and as if they have not cleaned the carpet at all. I used a whole bottle of air freshener and it still didn’t help

Hotel was decent great location for foley shopping owa and not too far from the beach! The breakfast in the morning was lacking and they actually ran out of food two days of our stay because of not being prepared for the crowd that was there. Would stay again though just bring some groceries!

Called days ahead of time to see about getting a later check out time, (just an hour or so, traveling with my elderly sick grandmother so the longer she can stay in one place the better) and it was approved and added to my reservation. Upon arrival I checked in and confirmed with the front desk my later check out time and the person was extremely rude when they said “it’s a holiday weekend, we are fully booked. No late check out”

The room stink from the pets that’s allowed to stay there. They should have certain rooms designated for pets and some no pets. The room layout is beautiful just smelled really bad. Not sure how often they clean the carpet to help eliminate the smell.

We were traveling with our teenage granddaughter and her friend to her volleyball tournament. The hotel was near the venue and surrounded by numerous restaurants and shopping. The room was very comfortable and clean. Checking in and out was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

The hotel was great. Staff was super nice including Andrew , who checked us in on Friday night. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Also moved through the check in process quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend!
