My husband and I recently stayed at Hai Hotel for two nights and had a mixed experience.
**Pros:**
- **Location:** The hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from a public beach and numerous restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the area.
- **Friendly Staff:** The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, which added a personal touch to our stay. Both Nadia and Andri went above and beyond to help us arrange for transportation and gave us lots of recommendations for food options.
**Cons:**
- **Noise:** Unfortunately, our room was located close to the reception area, and it was quite noisy, which disrupted our sleep. The hotel is also located by a noisy bar which was loud at night.
- **Comfort:** The bed wasn't very comfortable, which was disappointing for a restful getaway.
- **Towels:** We noticed that some of the towels had stains on them, which was not the standard we expected.
Overall, Hai Hotel is suitable for a short stay, but there are some areas that could use improvement. If you're looking for a convenient location and friendly service, it's worth considering, but be prepared for potential noise and some discomfort.

Wonderful staff, location and room!
Everything seemed so modern and was really clean. Good big shower with good water pressure.
Room was spacious, bed was so comfortable and huge plus from the fridge+small freezer!
Location was also perfect, close to the beach, shops, restaurants and bus! And so quiet, no noises carried inside.
Thank you for the amazing stay and kindness of the staff!

Great value for money, well maintained and clean. Right at the beach, breakfast is served at an outsourced restaurant with cheerful staff. The receptionist was so nice and helpful too!

This property is great! Reception is very accommodating and friendly (thank you for al your help!). Water pressure is great in shower, and beds are relaxing. Convenient location - right next to beach. Beach chairs and umbrella are $2.50 euro each.

I really love the location where it was located. The receptionist Nadia was very excellent at her and informant of any type of info that is needed. Even though I can in on a Holiday it was still pleasant enough to relax. i have already recommended this hotel my family and friends.

Great location, recently updated and very clean. Only downside was that nearby bar had music blasting from about 9pm to 2am. Sunday too from 9 to midnight.

Hotel is well located and one street from the beach.
Minimal contact with staff but very friendly.
Room was a good size and comfortable for two of us. Shower was best during our 11 day stay in Cyprus. The hotel was a little noisy and could hear other visitors and some road noise but nothing too bad to put off staying again if in town.
Bathroom door is practically see through so limited privacy, could be awkward if staying with friends/family.
We only stayed one night but would recommend.

The welcome that we received from Nadia was wonderful. The room was large and clean, and there was a place to hang wet bathing suits on the porch.

The staff is very helpful especially Nadia at the front desk is very efficient and helpful. There is a club behind the hotel and the music is loud. It didn’t bother me because I was on vacation but it could bother a light sleeper.
The hotelIs very clean. If you have suitcases and are assigned a room upstairs be prepared to carry it up the stairs. However it’s not a tall building and the hotel has only about 12 rooms so not a huge dealbreaker.
Nadia is very helpful in arranging taxis and excursions. The beach is just across the road about 100 ft away. Overall very convenient, clean and reasonable. There are many places to eat along the beach so that’s a plus too. Highly recommended!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. My room mates and myself stayed with them the week of valentines where they gifted us with free red wine and chocolates, a very nice touch to the stay. Will stay again if visiting Larnaca.

Excellent staff, everybody was smiling and we felt comfortable and taken care of! They guide us to two options of parking close by! We felt like we are taken care by a cool family member! Room was clean and spacious, only thing was on weekend if you don’t party you might hear some party sounds but they provide earplugs to help! We enjoyed our stay, bed mattress can improve! But is not terrible! Breakfast was great! Thanks for the care and attention! I hope I can come back to your beautiful country and homey hotel!

I was very happy with my hotel choice and quality of service. Hotel is also located at the best area at promenade and beautiful beach so I enjoyed great dinner at amazing sundown.

The Hai is very convenient to the beach but out of the mainstream so it is quieter. The unit is very clean and modern. It has pretty much what you need in the room. What could have been better is the front desk hours. I tried to check in a bit early but the room was not ready because the prior people checked out late. You can only check in between 2PM and 4PM when the front desk leaves for the day. My room was in the back of the hotel so the window opened up onto the ventilation duct work so the curtains stayed closed which made the room a little claustrophobic. I'd stay there again. It was a good value and comfortable.

the location is excellent. we had a small issue at the beggining but was well and promptly solved. the hotel is very clean and well maintained.

The hotel rooms are renovated and clean and have a good size. The hotel is in the middle of the bar street, we were there on a Friday night and it was extremely noisy. We only had bedding for 1 person on our kingsize bed, only found that out when we went to bed, there is nobody at the reception. Because we needed to go to the airport in the middle of the night we decided to just go to bed and not try to call somebody.

Located at the very heart of the city and just steps away from the beach, Hai hotel is an incredible value for money. All members of Staff were as friendly as can be and Aleksandra is a true angel always there to help you out no matter how trivial your questions can be. Thoroughly recommended!

Centrally located, pleasant staff, clean throughout. Decent breakfast at nearby taverna. Our room didn't have a balcony or patio, but the main grumble was the bathroom door-see through glass! So you need to be very close to the person you're sharing with. Also the door opened inward and outward. We solved the problem by putting large towels over the door when one of us went to the toilet!

The down side was the the room smelt of cigarette smoke quite badly. The manager opened the window, sprayed in there, put on the air conditioning, but it continued to smell. He said when we came back from dinner it would have aired out, but it didn't. We asked for a refund and he first said ok and then said not unless we found another place to stay - and this was at 9:30 p.m. when we came back from dinner. Also, the front hallway is quite noisy with people coming in and out, and there was a nightclub with pounding music til 2 a.m. nearby. We had high hopes but unfortunately would not recommend it.
