Ideal location on the edge of city centre. Clean apartment, spacious and accessible. Belgrade Plaza Serviced Apartments is ideal for short family stays with the option to either eat out, order in or self-catering. Friendly staff who are hospitable and welcoming.
You couldn't get this good of a deal at a hotel.

We needed somewhere for a night's stay in Coventry City Centre and were pleased with these serviced apartments. They were well situated with parking very close by and with easy access to the city. It was easy to check in and the member of staff we met was helpful. The apartment was clean but a little tired and we were a bit disappointed with the bare minimum of kitchen equipment-few plates, cups etc. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linen was lovely. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

The managers were swift to respond to any and all problems!!!! Very well mannered and professional!!! This was a great weekend getaway within walking distance of the cathedral, a museum and many places to shop!!!

Apartment was nice but bed was awful. Hard mattress with springs made bed to uncomfortable to sleep. No mattress protector just a sheet over a the mattress. Had to ask for extra sheets. Only one large towel for 2 people. Bedroom could easily have taken a king size with a decent mattress which would have completely changed the review.

The apartment is nice and in a good location. The only downside is the 4pm check in and 10 am checkout.

Good apartment, right in the city centre. All facilities that you need available. I would stay again. The slight disappointment was the 10am check out on a Sunday morning and the fact that they charge £20 for a extra hour or so.

Excellent unit. Clean and comfortable beds. Friendly helpful staff allowing to store luggages. Very near to town centre about 20 minutes walk to shops and shopping malls. Lots of restaurants around.

Good location, spacious and clean. Biggest issue I had was no hot water after 12pm as it is on timer and no way to override. This meant when I finished showering, the small tank of hot water was gone and just as my wife got in, the water was cold. Never experienced anything like it. It was terrible shich spoilt a good experience. To the management, shutting down hot water after 12pm ( which I later found is stated on the checkin sheet) is very irrational and harsh despite cost of energy crisis.

Apartment pretty basic. Carpets in bedroom stained. Bathroom had a bad smell

Apartment was good neat and clean. But few maintenance required like exhaust in bathroom was not working. Heating system in hall was not working. Few Electricals switch need care. We had booked for 3 adults but all crockery were only for two pax. Overall staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The mattresses of both beds need replacing as you can feel the springs. One bed base creaks when you move. One of the four dining chairs was broken and another was an odd one. Kitchen was reasonably equipped but the absence of a hair dryer was odd.
