It was a quick trip and we needed a place to stay and this was the cleanest one and the staff were really nice as well

We were one hour to an hour and a half early to hotel and was being charged extra for early check-in when rooms were ready for us to go into of which I have never been charged. Manager waived the early charges for one room, which was appreciated and had to wait for another room to avoid the charge. Very disappointed with "Barbie Doll house furniture in room; I have never seen this kind of furniture with no closest, coffee maker, or ice bucket, only small refrig. asked for two assistance room and only got one with same furniture!

We had a good stay but there was a slight stinch in the elevators and hallways.

The front desk clerk, Hely was not proactive or helpful at all.
I have been staying in this hotel before and never had such a disappointing check in experience.

Low water pressure, restroom toilet paper holder, towel hangers not properly secured to wall. Toilet flush handle lose. Shower water splash into the restroom floor due to no barrier making floor dangerous for slippery falls. Big windows shade cover too lite to cover the sun light.Need dark curtains. Breakfast too slow to make enough eggs to feed guest

Second time staying here! When there for second time because the first one was great! But this second one no. When early for breakfast but it’s was nothing! Pancake maker broke! So when ending going somewhere for breakfast

Beds were not comfortable, breakfast: there was no egg or hot items . Pancake machine broke down , asked for extra blanket last night front desk clerk asked me to go downstairs to get item but instead gave me a towel. Not even there 24 hrs and spending $150 for poor quality

Place was very clean and had many amenities however it had a weird smell. It wasn't foul but it wasn't a pleasant smell. Overall other than that the place is conveniently located and has plenty of amenities inside.

I am a returning guest and always stay at Tru for trips in the Valley. We checked in late having driven from Austin after work. The night time associate was not at the desk. When checking us in she had cheetos crumbs on her fingers and seemed annoyed that we were there.

Our check in and check out were easy and quick. Didn't really like that there was no safe of drawers to put things in. The room was clean, the A/C worked perfectly and the gym was nice and had everything in place and clean.

The place is nice and easy to access from the main road. The modern style is attractive.

The staff was nice and always greated us with a smile. While we didn’t utilize any of the games in lobby it was great to see those options.
Our only complaint, which we didn’t complain about it as it wasn’t terrible, was our room smelled a little like cigarette smoke. But it wasn’t unbearable. We did let staff know when we were checking out.

I was charged a $50 deposit fee. When my husband rented the same type of room (an earlier trip), he was charged only $25. Was I charged more because I’m a woman of color?

The rooms tend to feel humid if you turn off the air conditioning. So you should always keep the temperature at 72 degrees to keep it cool.

First time staying at this hotel. Very clean, plenty of towels in the room & well kept. Front desk staff, also very friendly. Only set back… walls/doors are a bit thin as a we were awakened in the middle of the night & early morning. We'll possibly still return to this location.

The hotel was great starting from the friendly staff to the hotel cleanliness to the breakfast.. my wife and i stayed for 2 nights and we loved it.. tru by hilton is our favorite hotel to book. We will definitely return for another stay soon.
