Our stay at Sutton House B&B was great. The staff were fabulous, breakfast was a highlight both mornings! The only negative was the bed was quite uncomfortable and old making our nights sleep lacking.

We went to the Inn for a relaxing overnight. We walked to the restaurant for dinner - in the rain - the Inn offered golf umbrellas which were perfect since the restaurant was across the street. Sally gave us a wonderful breakfast the next morning. The sunroom was perfect for breakfast and it was nice talking and getting to know the other guests. The owner told us the history of the Inn before breakfast while drinking delicous coffee and homemade cranberry scones. The room had more than everything you'll need to make your visit memorable. Such a gem with Lake Winnipesaukee right across the street. Can't wait to return

Sutton B and B was much more than expected. Thiesa (sorry if I spelt the name wrong) was very attentive and has done her research making sure that anything a guest needs would already be provided. She even had the snow brushes on the porch, umbrellas in the rack to use. I personally liked the history portion of the building looking at the architecture of it. Granted it has been updated since not every item can last more than 150 years the use for life does play a part. Updating it the attentiveness of the visual aspects nineteenth century was taken into consideration. I would definitely come back again without any reservation. Great Job.

Overall, a wonderful stay! Sally and Thais were kind and accommodating. Breakfasts were great! A bit of a bummer that the fireplaces were not in working order, but all in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful B & B..very nice friendly people. Wonderful breakfast on a lovely porch. Pretty setting. Our room, the green room could use an updated tv…only had one channel but for the amount of time spent there it was lovely.

Beautiful house and property. The breakfast was delicious and when we were going on a trip before breakfast was served, a care package was made for us. Check in and check out very easy. The owner is awesome. Highly recommend staying there.

Spent 2 days on Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The staff was warm, friendly and very helpful. Homemade breakfast was awesome. Enjoyed the beautiful grounds, relaxing on the porch and swing, able to walk to town/ local dining. The owner let us borrow the parking pass so we could park our trailer at the local beach while we kayaked. ( we thought we might have been able to put in from the property from the pics online ) Would have liked to stay a couple more days if able. Only down sides were the noise from traffic/bikes/ walls little to be expected in an older place, and we thought we were getting lake/mountain views but because we booked through Expedia and not direct didn't get room w/ view we were expecting. Still overall, a great stay and would return. Good place, especially for the price.

Not that easy to access, many steps. Set breakfasts.

Didnt offer choices at breakfast, shower was horrible pressure. None of the fireplaces worked in the suite we were in. Very awkward set-up of suite, had to enter through bathroom around the very back of building and very limited access to front main entrance (only used as *emergency exit*). Inn keeper was nice, room was clean, but overall probably would not stay there again even though i proposed to my fiance there... was not how i expected an Inn to be at all.

the bed was so extremely comfortable and the electric fire place in the room and bathroom made it feel very homey. but the bed and pillows OMG make such a great stay and they were supreme!

Manager and staff were friendly. Beautiful views, enjoyed watching the birds and squirrels in the back yard enjoying nuts and seeds.

Very good b&b. The innkeeper was very kind, helpful, and accommodating to all of our needs. We stayed in the 3rd floor king suite. Great views of the lake and our own personal dining table looking out over the lake. We brought some steaks to prepare on their grill on the patio for our first night. Breakfast was very good and overall great experience. Will stay here again in the summer when their pool is open.
