We were in town for an event but this hotel was great besides the train! Clean, wonderful customer service, best hotel breakfast 👌, just a loud train about a block away. They did supply the room with earplugs which was nice but we didnt need the..

We had a wonderful stay! The only complaint would be the room was stuffy. Windows don’t open and no fan in bathroom. The elevators we very warm. The staff was so friendly and helpful! No complaints about the staff, cleanliness or comfort of bed or room other than temperature.

False advertising. Reserved a room for 6. Specified 5 adults one child. We got a regular room with 2 queen beds and a chaise. Hotel claimed it was Expedias fault. Expedia said it was the hotels fault. Expedia said the photo the hotel used showed a couch. Hotel said it’s a “stock” photo. Bottom line we had 2 people with no bed and were told they couldn’t bring us a cot because it was against fire laws. We paid for a suite!! The only thing we got was a bathroom
With room for a wheelchair. Do not reserve a room if you have more than 4 people!!! Staff is rude and will not help you or give you a dollar back.

Only complaint is that the pool wasnt heated. BUT thats it. The rooms were nicely remodeled and very clean. The continental breakfast was very nice. It was nice to be so close to shopping

It was great, although my room is right by the elevator, I didn't find it disturbing, only the footstep from upstairs is what you can hear. But it didn't bother me at all. Only 2 EV charging station, but better than nothing at all. Overall, I'm very satisfied and had a good rest during my stay.

Overall the rooms and facilities were clean and well presented. The staff member that checked me in said 4 words to me. "Credit card and ID". She handed me the room key and didn't even say what room #. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a joke. Have to pull a u -turns depending which way you are heading. They gate off the one entry at night, so we thought we had it figured out coming from the opposite way, but nope. Breakfast lady was cheery and sufficient options to eat. We weren't bothered by any train noise. One night was ok, but I would find getting around inconvenient if it were for a few nights.
