Laurel’s cottage, supports an excellent breezeway, it’s cool on a hot day, with well manicured garden. Washer dryer in suite modern decor, heated washroom floor, quiet air conditioning, clean rooms, comfortable bed, and comes with a beautiful ocean view.Thank you. Laurel & Reyna😊

A typical BnB. Shared bathroom and a bedroom. NO air conditioning and the provided fan kept quitting plus, of course, it was not capable of cooling the air.

Laurel is the perfect hostess a wealth of knowledge. The accommodation and breakfast were delightful. The surrounding area is excellent walking distance into Qualicum for shopping and dining is a plus. We’re already planning our next trip in 2024 to Laurel’s cottage.

Breakfast was delicious. No TV in the room was ok, but no lock on the room door was a bit uncomfortable.

My stay was amazing! Very clean and comfortable, I was treated like family and enjoyed the stories about the island. She was a great cook plus always able to get cold water or tea 24/7. I wanted to stay longer but it was time to return home. I will return in the future.

If you like quiet Qualcum Beach is a nice place to stop. Unfortunately they were doing road construction and we were not able to access the nicer portion of the beach. There is cute strip of shops owned by locals to visit, but very few restaurants to choose from. As far as Laurels Cottage goes, it was clean and bed was comfortable and hosts were friendly enough. Was not keen on the decor inside the house and breakfast was just your basic breakfast. Fried eggs (we were not given a choice of egg), toast and bacon with thinly sliced fruit to garnish.

Lovely bed and breakfast in a great location. Parking was a bit tricky, as it required a back up down a steep hill onto the main road. Breakfast could be bigger, or could have a cereal/oatmeal option for hungrier guests. Overall, it was a great stay.
