It was an absolute nightmare and I realy got upset about the room size, cleanness and staff’s behaviour!!
Bed sheet was smaller than the actual mattress even though it’s been said that the bed is king size but it was a worn out and shabby, flat pillows and filthy room throughout.
It is really disappointing to see how those misleading and fake reviews on Hotels.com ruined my night!!!

Clean and comfortable. Nice outside seating area and free on site parking. Nearest tube is a 10 min bus ride but Mill Hill Broadway is just 5 mins walk.
Breakfast is do it yourself, cereals toast, fruit juice etc.

Not a bad place to stay if you're looking for somewhere as a base to go into the city. We were attending a concert at Wembley Stadium and it was fine. A bit noisy on the main road, though.

First, it was impossible to get into this property when I arrived during checkin hours. The doorbell wasn’t working but there was no sign about that. And no phone number on the listing. After I finally started banging on the door a cleaning person let me in. There was no front desk or obvious staff during the entire stay.
My wife even called Expedia to try to reach someone and even THEY couldn’t find a phone number to call!
Next, once I got in- no one was around to give information or answer questions. No fridge in the room, just a huge fridge in the kitchen area. I was never sure if food I put in there would be there the next day.
Room was very warm, hard to sleep, with no temp control.
Traffic noise made it difficult to sleep also. Bathroom light was automatic when you opened the door, which was a problem during the night bec there was no off switch.
First morning, there was no breakfast out at all. I rummaged! Next days, breakfast was carb heavy, no protein except some yogurt. No eggs and no one there to ask about it. And it was unclear where to sit and eat- no table, just a counter area.
All in all, not a great stay, mostly because of the lack of communication and the lack of staff to address any requests.

Lovely place to stay. Clean and fresh except the kettle, which had water left in it and bits floating. Also one mug was chipped, which is never nice. The pillows were a little flat but we discovered another in the closet but an extra one each would have been appreciated. The breakfast choice was brilliant. Cereal, pastries, bread for toasting, jam, orange juice, coffee. If the above minor discrepancies were put right i would have given 5 stars. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean bathroom. Room was ok. Only 1 small bottle of drinking water provided for 2 people on a 2 night stay. No courtesy communication on how to contact if nobody was there to greet us. We had no way of contacting the host and we waited around for a good while until someone staying in the property helped us.

It had no front desk and no phone number. Luckily a cleaner let us in, had she not been there im not sure how we would have got in. It wasnt possible to turn off the bathroom light in our room, there was no light switch. The property details need to show the bed is up against a wall so can only be vacated from one side, not ideal. Some fruit provided at breakfast would be nice and there was no juice available. On the plus side it was in a quiet area and relatively close to a tube station.

A beautiful home in a lovely area. Very close to transportation links (the bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away), and plenty of dining options.
The staff are all very friendly and helpful, which made my stay comfortable. I really like the amount of healthy breakfast options provided by the owner.

Check in was relatively straightforward. Room is clean and spacious and generous check out time. Only reason to mark thia accommodation down is the fact that the doors let in a hell of a lot of noise and a guy decided to have a very load conversation/argument up until 1am!! Not sure if this was a regular but a curfew would be handy!!

The property was very clean, bedroom was cute, loved the bathroom and a nice little back garden.
Was not easy to read the Wi-fi code- could do with a reprint and was not easy to get access on check in as nobody answered the bell, until I found a staff member around the other side of the house. Bedroom door handle needs fixing.

I loved the rooms space and the other facilities that came with it. Nice and quiet area to get away to will deffo be booking again.
Only issue was the check in. This needs to be much clearer as I had no way to contact to property owner and had to disturb one of the residents in the accommodation who was kind enough to help.

Excellent stay with very clean and modern rooms. However breakfast was basic and selfservice with no friutjuice for the glasses provided and wrapped breakfast items.

Was clean and comfortable, breakfast was laid out and plenty of choice.
Made do with mirror in bathroom, however a good touch would be to have a long mirror for dressing up.
I should have asked to be honest, but i was not 100% sure if all fridge contents were for us to use or did other tenants own them. There was one draw marked private but assumed that was for owner.
Dont get me wrong, i would definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.

Useful location just outside the ULEZ. Traffic noise and sounds from other rooms not conducive to a good night's sleep. Breakfast was provided, but it was a bit of a free-for-all, so there were no coffee pods left. It would have been nice to have some fruit, not just bread and jam. The bathroom was tiny and boiling hot, with no extractor fan. The outside space would have been nice if the weather was better.

Overall, good. No free parking available unfortunately, so parked on street. Not ideal but no harm done.
Needs clearer check in/out details on description. Had to call number to enquire.
Room comfy but too warm, as bathroom towel rail was on. Be fine in winter, but a little uncomfortable during summer.
Road noise but that was to be expected due to location.
We would stay again, great value for money.

Difficult to find. No signage giving direction or sign on the premises. Any visitor in darkness would have problems. Room excellent and good breakfast facilities. Could not find staff when departing.

Absolutely amazing! Lovely property and comfy bed with Netflix on the tv. Wonderful communal garden and complimentary breakfast every morning from 6:30am-10am. Couldn’t recommend enough

Although I found this property on hotels.com, it is NOT a hotel. Rather it is lodgings with a kitchen where you can make a basic breakfast for yourself. It's clean and functionally fine.

Good value for London, clean , basic, would stay there again. When we got there had to ring said they didnt have our booking . Had to wait outside until it was sorted out. A bit of a nuisance.

It’s the cleanest place I’ve stayed in , very modern and comfortable

Quiet location, very clean premises. Although there is no reception, Nik arrived within minutes of us phoning to ensure we were settled in. The room had everything we needed. The only downside was that the bed was a bit hard for us. Other than that, good place to stop over.
