The hotel was clean. Customer service was great. The room was spacious. Bed was super comfy. Unfortunately, I was unable to sleep well. Even with the earplugs that were provided for the room. The shower leaked and the heater kept making strange noises.

It was a nice place to stay. Riverside has a ton of homeless and the staff made sure to keep their lobby safe. They also worked with me on the keeping the same room even though I had booked the nights separately. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking is $29 a night even if you park yourself, which is pretty high, but I utilized valet parking and they were awesome.

After check in, we discovered the toilet was clogged. We reported it to the front desk (twice). They said they would attempt fixing it, but no one ever came. We called again and they told us the maintenance person had gone home. They said they were sold out and could not offer us another room. Unacceptable.

Hotel was very clean and looked recently updated. The room was excellent and very comfortable. Breakfast was provided in the morning which was very convenient and very tasty. They had no onsite parking due to construction but parking was available 1 block away which was not an inconvenience at all. Overall it was an excellent stay and I will defenitely consider Hampton Inn next time I'm in Riverside

Overall it’s your typical Hampton inn. The front and rooms were ok, kinda standard.
The main complaint was where I was located and how odd it was. No communication whatsoever about the noise. However on the 2nd floor corner room you are placed right above from the outside appears to a a sub sandwich place(?). Never went in to check it out. However the noise level is ridiculous. They place a pair of earplugs on the night stand, gee thanks. No mention of the fact your room will be above loud music, nothing. Just here’s your earplugs. Also the lady at the desk on the second night needs a personality instead of acting all snotty.

I am ADA they had no ADA parking and only valet also they wanted me to park my own car in Valet this is terrible for people with disabilities and employees are not trained to understand people with disabilities

The temporary parking was inconvenient specially, at night. Once parking structure is completed It will be very nice. Will definitely book again.

The Hotel offered Valet parking in the amount of $29.06 per day, the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. plenty of restaurant options to select and it's walkable.

Liked the hotel and hotel room was great but didn’t really like the parking situation. They are using a public parking lot like a block away. $15 a day parking at structure if you’re not going in and out. $30 through hotel QR code to go in and out from parking structure. Would be nicer if parking lot was connected to hotel but will still stay there again.

Two queen bed room and bathroom door is a sliding door with no lock. Very very poor design. The Camod faces the door. I would not have booked if I had known this was the room design
Two day stay and staff did not clean the room after first day. Had to ask for clean towels next day.

Parking is overpriced. No discounts for 5 day stay.
$30 a day to park.We were informed 2 days before arrival parking lot was under construction. When asked where we can self park they showed the door and said out somewhere. 😒
Breakfast is good but they were quick to clean up as we were getting our last plates at 8:55 am.
Terribly noisy street. Been here twice and now fully convinced we will stay elsewhere.

Check in was easy, room was very clean and staff was friendly. I was just not happy with the parking, it was about half a block away. Other than that, everything else is fine.
