No restaurant at hotel. Even the cheapest hotel chains at least have coffee for guests. Employees not very friendly or helpfull.

When we arrived at the hotel I double checked the details of the room with the front desk and was informed that the type of room I booked was not available. I was informed by the staff that it happens often with third party sites and that there was nothing they could do. By this point the manager came out the back and offered no additional solutions. I called Hotels.com to see what could happen since I was currently at the hotel and needed the suite. The rep at hotels.com did call the Residence on my behalf but was told the same thing. I then asked if I could just use one of my free nights for the booking and I was told no because it was booked as a pay later. I ended up being charged a night at a hotel that I did not stay at. This entire order was a huge inconvenience and a damper on my vacation! I will certainly never consider the Residence Nola again. I’m big on customer service and there was absolutely no type of assistance or understanding that was given.

We had a great stay while we were in NOLA. Staff was wonderful and our room was great. Beds were not comfortable at all. Only downside.

Everyone was friendly and nice. Rooms are affordable and spacious. The parking is the only thing that sucks.

The hotel was great. Love the room. So much space and the view of the huge buildings at night was amazing. I love the wall of windows in the room. The beds slept amazing. Friendly staff and very helpful. Only thing that was disappointing is that i was suppose to 139$ of tour credit with room. I called Expedia and spoke with hotel and said the hotel would take of that and of course the hotel said Expedia was the one that shoukd have issued the vouchers. It was back and forth and i still did not recieve the tour credit to enjoy. Very disappointed in that. Which that was offered on all bookings for New Orleans. Also i think the showers should have a hand sprayer shower which would have wonderful to use.

Everything was great overall only minor things. The hallways were hot and stuffy. Our bathroom were not throughly clean and the a switch in the breaker box was off when we arrive( we thought the lights didn’t work.)

Tge peoperty was clean,staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and beautiful. I will definitely book my next stay when I come back to New Orleans.

Such a wonderful property, centrally located to everything! Upon check in we were greeted by Aaron who was very professional, inviting and knowledgeable of the area. Thanks to Aaron we will return. Aaron is truly a rockstar!

The property was well kept. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with the comforts of home away from home. Our room was near the elevators and we were never disturbed by the noise.

Overall the property was nice (8/10) the staff was great, it’s walking distance from restaurants & stores. I will say our room could’ve been a little cleaner (counters, shower) but it was ok

Very nice and comfortable hotel. I had the king suite on the 15th floor and i loved the view from my room of the town. Walkable distance to burbon street, canal street and Decatur street. No need to rent car when everything is near including public transportation. I ate a nearby cafe one night and food was great. The hotel also offers room service. I stayed 4 nights but wish i would have stayed longer. Will stay here again if i ever visit new Orleans again.

Check was quick and fast. I called ahead of time because I had a fender bender and they saved my reservation, so that it wouldnt be canceled. The room was clean. I had an amazing view looking over the city. Housekeeping didn't clean my room, but they were prompted in getting me clean towels when they were requested by the front. I had an overall great experience and will be returning!!
