I have never had a bad stay. The staff is nothing more than amazing and the hotel is clean and fresh.

There is a charge for everything, $150 for a dog, one night stay, $27 for parking, $15 per person for continental breakfast, nice place but your actual cost will be much higher than what you see on the internet

The scent of this property as soon as you walk in says a lot about the place. Very nice and clean. The stuff is extra nice.

The hotel was clean, well located and the staff was nice. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the live music on Friday and Saturday. Just my opinion but it seems the music should be 6-9 rather than 3-6. It’s really smack dab in the middle of the day.
The only misstep was the Bistro breakfast. I would NOT recommend it. We had the avocado toast (completely flavorless) and while I expect the hotel food to be higher priced, 13.50 for French Toast with strawberries ( 2 thin slices of white bread) is bordering on criminal. Challah or Brioche are far better choices. However, we did have tacos and fries on the rooftop, which we enjoyed.
Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and still rate the hotel, our stay, the cleanliness and staff 5 stars.

This is the second time we have stayed there. Our daughter lives in the area so this will be our go to hotel when we visit her. Staff is very friendly.

The front greeter spoke in a dialect that I did not comprehend and kept asking her to repeat herself. Just too curt to a point One just could not comprehend and rushed. The Breakfast for 3 was over 80.00, and was included with our package, but was worse than the Quality Inn/Comfort Inn breakfast I used to have about 20 years ago. The bacon, one can see was microwaved. This was so sad for me. The house Keeping staff was great great great!!!!

Great location to downtown Delray Beach. One complimentary wine/beer … super nice bartender.
Nice fruit essence water in the lobby. The lobby had a very nice clean smell.. I’d love to know what they use. All staff encountered said hello and were friendly. The only thing I typically like is acccess to some nicer coffee in the lobby area.. which they didn’t have… but not a deal breaker.

I’ve stayed at this location many times. The hotel is very clean and smells terrific. The staff (every staff member) is very friendly and polite with their guests. I would recommend staying at this hotel and will do the same in the future.

The staff was nice. The toilet paper was HORRIBLE! Towels were like sandpaper The location was inconvenient. Housekeeping was sloppy. Ice machines broken and computers were down. I cut my stay short and moved to a nicer place.
