Very clean and nice room. Walkable to the old part of town where some of the must visit pizza places are located. Close to the train station and the port where ferries depart for Capri and other islands. It was a great home base for visiting Pompeii, Sorrento, and Capri.

The location was great, the manager was very prompt in responding to requests. The breakfast was delivered to our room when we asked and the room/ bathroom was clean and modern. The only thing I would have liked to see was, we arrived very early so we needed enter the building at 730 am and if. It for another guest with wifi we would never have been able to enter. Then when we arrived in the “lobby” a cleaning staff member was present but no one else was behind the desk nor was a common room bathroom available. After 20 hours of travel we were hoping for the use of at least a toilet. Other then that part, I would recommend this hotel to friends

I recently stayed at Dimora Duomo and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, Marco and his team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate my needs were truly impressive. They assisted in getting me a car service to and from the airport (very reasonably priced) and breakfast was delivered to my door every morning (selection was great)!
The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in their work and the satisfaction of their guests. I highly recommend Dimora Duomo to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Naples!

The hotel was so clean and a haven from the noisy city. Yummy food was delivered right on time so we could catch our tours on time, too. Marco arranged transfers to/from the airport so it was an easy experience. we would definitely stay there again, because the hotel is walkable to everything.

We found this little gem last minute and we are so glad we did, we have been in Italy for 2-1/2 weeks from the Amalfi to the Calabria region ending here in Napoli. It was by far the best we have stayed in, reasonable priced and it included free breakfast. Marco our host did a top notch job of making our stay the best it could have ever been.

Amazing visit! Marco was super responsive and the check in was very easy. The room itself was impeccable. Everything was so clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on!
The doors opened up onto the Main Street but when closed, the sound proofing was amazing and you could not hear anything. Plus the location is so convenient and walking distance from so much of Napoli.
I would recommend Dimora Duomo to anyone who is visiting Napoli!!

The property is clean, and quiet. I like that it is an old building with modern conveniences. Our room is on the 5th floor and I am glad for the elevator! Housekeeping is consistent at making our room clean and tidy while we were out for the day. Front desk is responsive to queries and for making pick up arrangements.
The location is 20 mins. from the train station so it is convenient when visiting other towns (e.g. Caserta). There are also plenty of dining options around the property, as well as being close to the historic city center.

While staying in Naples, my husband and I chose Dimora Duomo as our accommodation. It did not disappoint! One of the biggest highlights of the stay was definitely Marco! Prior to our arrival in Naples, he sent information about the location, asked if we wanted a drive from the train station and made sure we were all set for our stay. Upon arrival, Marco offered courteous and friendly service. Even a map of all of the things to see! The room was VERY spacious and was even set up with Netflix, such a treat! The bathroom was nice, but most importantly, the space was very clean! The accommodation offered a very generous daily breakfast brought to your room. You could choose from MANY options ! What a treat! I definitely recommend this stay for anyone visiting Naples. The location is also very central! Close to the downtown core, the train station, but away from the chaos.

My wife, son and I arrived at Dimora Duomo to a warm welcome from Marco. Then the fun began… A few hours later we had an unforeseen medical emergency leading to a trip to two hospitals, visits to accident and emergency and a lot of stress. Marco provided service above and beyond what we could have asked, helping with taxis and advice to ensure we could enjoy as much of our stay as possible. Thank you, Marco!
The property itself is excellent. Clean, modern and comfortable. Located on a busy street but with excellent sound proofing. Near to the historic centre and within walking distance of the main sights. A great base for a visit to Naples.

Dimora Duomo is a lovely hotel in Naples. It’s in a great location to explore the historic centre of the city.
Our room was a great sized family room with all the facilities we needed. It was super clean and well maintained. Lots of charging points!
The staff are really welcoming and offered helpful tips about places to visit and restaurants to eat at.

I stayed at the Dimora Duomo for 2 nights (2 adults, one child). The room was spacious, very clean, and in excellent condition. The sheets were clean and crisp.
The hotel staff is courteous and helpful. Marco greeted us upon arrival and provided a map of the city with suggestions. He was available to answer any questions at all times (what’s App).
We selected breakfast items from a menu the night before and chose the delivery time to our room. Very convenient.
We walked everywhere. Great location. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely 2 night stay here in the heart of Naples. We found everything very accessible and Marco was fantastic and very helpful. He helped us with taxi transfers on 2 occasions and both were super quick and convenient.

This hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and modern. Above all, Marco (from the hotel staff) was the best. He was proactive to make sure my wife and I had the best experience. Will definitely stay there again when we come back to Naples.
