The hotel was amazing. Very clean, probably the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. I was annoyed with customer service. I asked for a late check out the night I checked in. The desk clerk told me I would just need to call in the morning at 9 am. I called at exactly 9 am and was told they had already given all the late checkouts away.

Glass Shower door came off its bottom runner. 3 spots in shower looked like mold. Pillows are flat and gave me a headache

You didnt have my reservation and you didnt do anything to fix it. I had just had major neck surgery and charged me more than what my reservation was then you charged me twice and said you would reimburse me right away and its been over a week ago and still havent credited me back!! So wrong.

Our room was very clean and we were provided 4 towels for our family of 4, which never happens so we were very grateful. The pool was very clean as well and that includes the restroom and shower in the pool area. We had no complaints at all and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Very friendly staff the complamentry breakfast is the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel.
Only suggestion I have is housekeeping need to clean the outside of the shower around the tracks for the shower door. It is quite dirty.

The hotel is extremely dirty with horrible cigarette and weed smell in rooms and hallways. It was advertised as smoke free. Breakfast area was also dirty and food options were very limited. Waffle mix was diluted with water and was so thin that it was impossible to make waffles.
