The smell in the room was horrible. Awful body odor smell or something worse. We should have asked for a different room but we were too tired. Could not have gotten out of there fast enough. Positives: Bed was comfortable and breakfast was great.

This location was great. The breakfast choices were fun and good. The staff were friendly. If i could change 2 things I would have firmer pillows. And the air conditioner would have been less noises. But it worked!!

It has pool table and other games. It kept kids busy.

Great place but need little more cleaning

This Home2Suites is a nive property. Very cleans. Lobby is big. There was room to sit and read and chat, lots of snacks available for purchase, somee games for entertainment, and a wonderful warm breakfast. Starbucks is a 5-minute walk. There are two shopping centers nearby with great fiod options and services.

I loved everything about this property; it was super close to things. Breakfast was always good, and the staff was terrific. I'd stay here again; it's perfect for couples and families.

Nice amenities and clean!

We love Home 2 Suites and generally stay every place we travel. This property seemed a little dated and worn. Scraped wall paper, chipped shower base, andstained carpet in the hallway. Our room was clean, but we did miss the dish towel in the kitchen. Nothing major, just things we noticed since we stay often.

dirty towels and hard bed. But 2 breakfast buffets provide a lot of options and nice convenience market in lobby. Helpful staff. Room kitchens have great amenities and love its dog friendly

I lost my keys on the property.couldnt seem to get anyone interested in helping me except the maids.

Solid location

Very good place to stay. Close to aquarium and baseball fields. EV charger worked well. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was cool, nothing too fancy…

Great hotel, great location. My suite was very comfortable and felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. All the amenities were amazing, including the free breakfast buffet.

Home2 has been quality at each one I have stayed so far. I expected it to be a good stay with great staff and I was not disappointed.

Everyone that works here is lazy, lazy, lazy!! Our week stay with no services until the day before leaving. We had to take our own trash out, asked for trash bags didn't get any until next day. Linen was brought up to the room and we're told to make & change our own bedding. Mind you i don't work here. Room wasn't vacuumed, toilet/paper towel weren't replenished. Laundry room dirty, washers stained my whites a yellow color. Washers are so dirty and smelly. I did let front desk know but didn't do anything to get washers looked at for what stains my clothes. The elevator wasn't working one day and we had to take our things to the 4th floor. Breakfast was terrible and they start putting food up 30 minutes early and nothing is wiped down. Exit doors are are so dirty. She apologized with 2 waters, candy bar, oreos and chips ahoy!! This place needs some deep cleaning done.

Good, very clean, and great location to my family in Scottsdale.

This hotel is in walking distance to the shops and restaurants so no need to drive if you like to walk! Lots of parking! Very friendly!

Expensive for the location and amenities

Very convenient location, the staff were all exceptional. Our room needed a small maintenance issue resolved and the issue was taken care of immediately. The room was very clean and comfortable and spacious. We would stay there again

Very nice room, comfy bed, excellent hot water and shower pressure. Very quiet and clean. Close to Starbucks and many great restaurants, points of interest and the airport. Representative who checked us in was not helpful, just handed me the keys and gave no indication of where to park, where the elevator was located, etc.. other staff were helpful! We would definitely stay here again.

Generally clean facilities, excellent staff everywhere. The only complaint I have is the loud rattling noise from the air conditioning unit. Noise was loud enough to disturb sleep.
