Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean.

Our stay was comfortable and the staff were friendly. The food was in general food quality. The room was a good size and quiet. The bathroom In the late night proved to be an issue. Around 1am, the water from the taps ceased working. Then after a time, brown sludge came spluttering out, which then put me off having a shower next morning. The lift was exceedingly slow to arrive on any floor and with no clear alternative starlircase labelled, made us feel obligated to wait for it. In the future, if the price was reasonable, would consider a 2nd stay.

Well located hotel near to the old city and walking distance to the mosque and medina. As its part of a chain the rooms were well equipped with very comfortable beds and a great rooftop pool.

Good location and price. Selected a junior suite which was stated to sleep 4, but turns out to only have one bed and a loveseat too small to sleep on. The kids had to share a twin mattress placed on the floor. The room and especially the rooftop bar were a little shabby and in need of refurbishment. That said, the room was clean and serviced daily. The staff were wonderful.

First staff are amazing everywhere you go, very friendly and helpful and they have an amazing smile. Second, I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival and allowed to check out late. Third, the rooms and facilities are fantastic, clean and fashionable. Love this place and highly recommend it. I even asked the hotel to send me transport from airport and it was perfect experience and smooth. Thank you all Oh although I didn’t use it, but I visited their spa and rooftop bar and they look amazing

The property is adequate but falls short of a 5-star rating. The rooftop pool is disappointingly small, with three beds obstructing access. Reducing the number of beds to two would allow for easier entry and exit. Additionally, the pool near the spa area incurs an extra charge of $60, and the sauna also requires an additional fee. Essentially, the amenities are quite lacking. As a VIP Expedia member, I did not receive any of the expected perks, such as food discounts or room upgrades, and these were not even mentioned during my stay. Cleanliness was acceptable, though I did find some stray hairs. The staff were not particularly helpful, especially considering the unsafe area surrounding the hotel. Taxi drivers attempted to take my luggage, and the hotel staff tried charged an extra 50dhm to order a taxi. Seems they always take taxi side

Overall a really nice hotel. The front desk team accommodated me for an early check in and a later check out. Thanks! Room was nice. Bed and shower were great. Rooftop pool was small but nice. Odd rooftop bar operating hours though.

Service exellent

When we arrived at the hotel, we needed to go back to the reception 5 times because the card of the room never worked. Impossible to connect with WiFi, TV in the room didn’t work. The bar and restaurant were under construction and they did not tell us, therefore there was not enough space to take breakfast, we did not have towels in the room at first, no hairdryer and no shampoo. Very disappointed in this Radisson hotel.

Close to trainstation, making a trip elsewhere easy. Close to a mall and the harbour. Traffic is horrible as usual, but has nothing to do with the hotel

Wonderful hotel with an amazing staff. Did a great job taking care of my fiancé when my flight was canceled from Paris to Morocco.

Breakfast food was all small flies flying around we didn’t like the idea of not covering the food so flies dont stay on it. The toilet is in a different room away from the sink and the shower area, i don’t whats the idea of this! And the toilet room was soooo small so there is no space for a trash can and u cant move comfortably there. So if ur thinking to wipe ur … you have to take the tissue with you outside to throw in the trash bin outside! Plus the toilet fan is not working and we call the maintenance he said its like this in all the hotel rooms. Bed was comfortable. View was not that much from our room. Ac was not that cold though the weather was so hot they should work on their ac . Area around the hotel was dead nothing to walk to or decent coffee shops around or restaurants.staff was so co-operative when we asked to change our room they were changed it immediately but still the other was not that good but because we were staying one night we agreed to it. Also when we complained about the flies around the breakfast buffet they offered us discount on the breakfast.

Hotel was great. Very good location, service and clean. Spacious rooms.

Staff were extremely friendly and always available to offer help. No expectations of tips etc so there was feeling of pressure in that respect. The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Children slept of a comfortable sofa bed. The only downside for our stay was the reception area/ Lobby was under construction so there was rubble outside the hotel and the feel when you walk in was somewhat taken away. This is clearly temporary however it took a star off our stay otherwise would have been excellent all round The terrace with pool is beautiful with an authentic view of the old city, a local mosque and the port

It was below average and didn't meet expectations per the website.

The room and bed were comfortable. The lobby is under construction and the dust and noise from the construction was very noticeable and disruptive. We did not have hot water in the shower. The breakfast hot dishes were completely cold and not very appealing. We stayed on the 4th floor and there was a very strong cigarette smell in the hallway.

The customer service was great. Great location.

The staff was very pleasant and professional.

Would stay again. Very close to a full supermarket. Walking distance to Edina. Biggest negative was shower constantly oscillated between hot and cold. It was fine but youd just get a half second blast of cold every few seconds.

The toilet felt like it was about to fall off the wall; we had a temporary fix with a block fitted underneath to stop it dropping any further but the leak on the floor was never addressed.

Great stay , staff were very friendly. Think the Menu needs to be a bit better.

The receptionist was incredibly slow, unhelpful and tried to fob me off with a different room than I’d paid in advance for. After 25minutes he gave me the room I’d paid for. Service through the stay was extremely slow from almost all of the staff, some were rude with limited manners. Cleaning up whilst I was eating, moving me to one side at one point during breakfast. The service was just about the worst I’ve seen from an international hotel like Blu Raddison. To avoid the dreadful service downstairs I ordered room service and they did not pick up the phone so I had to go down and order. It took 50 minutes to deliver a cold burger and chips. Truly awful. I won’t be staying again.

I was wrongfully charged nearly 100 euro in several smaller charges. I have been trying to contact the hotel at least four times - no response. Radisson customer service not very helpful either - they apparently have no access to the hotel bills. Don’t book there. They are cheats and thieves

Hotel staff were super helpful & welcoming. We only stayed one night, but felt right @ home the whole time.
