Exceptional staff, cleaned up our coffee spill within 5 minutes. Great location and good breakfast. We would stay here again

Perfect location, the hotel is clean and the front desk folk are friendly and helpful. The twin bed room was a tad on the small side but comfortable with good closet space. The only 1/2 negative was the breakfast: not too much to choose from and no variety day to day, but good enough and the coffee was very good. Would stay again.

Great location with easy access to everything

The hotel was very clean, but we could not lower the temperature and make the room as cool as we wanted. We had to open the window at night in order to make the room cooler. If the weather at night had been hotter, it would have been a problem. The temperature is regulated by the hotel.

Excellent hotel

Super well located in this lovely town. Parking was also extremely convenient. The only suggestion we'd have is to offer a gluten-free bread option for breakfast.

Everything about the hotel was great including the location. The only downfall was that we put the air conditioning on the coldest setting (16 degrees) and it switched back to the higher (21 degrees) setting 3 times during the night so we had interrupted sleep those 3 times. We ended up opening the balcony door to get some fresh air in as well. Other then that the breakfast and the staff were wonderful.

Hotel smelled fresh when we entered. The receptionist was extremely helpful on arrival too. Our room, whilst small, was perfect and very clean. The only quibble was that slightly dodgy wiring meant the electricity was a bit off (had to fiddle to get it working in room 102). The breakfast was ok but pretty basic.

We did not obtain the parking access nor rebate of 15E. We checked in around 6PM and our room was provided to us without being ready, which in itself is not yhat bad. What shocked us is that the room had been poorly and incompletely cleaned. Bed was made but sheets not changed. Hairs and chips were present inside sheets. 8 Beer bottles were left in the room, vaccuuming not done. Front desk was apologetic and recalled room service. 3 hrs later our room was made but not vacuumed and some of the previous clients stuff was still left in the bathroom. Hotel is in a great location, recently remodelled (5yrs approx), but lack overLl cleaning. Corridor carpets wer filled with debris. Not expected at this relativeley high price level, very surprising and desappointing.

A bit old and run down in the rooms for the price. Communal areas very nice.

Can't say enough about this place. Location, location, location. Clean, quite, close to the beach and all restaurants, and shopping. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Solid boutique hotel in perfect location for walking the village.

Close to beach and shops a lively little town and perfect hotel centrally located walked to beach bus and dinner and shopping and sightseeing !!!! Met great people and saw beautiful views !!

This hotel checked all the boxes for our needs. Front desk staff are great, we had a triple room and although the room wasn’t huge it was just fine and very comfortable. Comfortable beds, great pillows, nice bathroom. I like that they supplied bathroom amenities in a pump style instead of the tiny plastic bottles, eco-friendly! I like that they had a water filter available to fill your water bottles instead of having to buy plastic water bottles which are super bad for our planet. Breakfast room was very nice, staff there were friendly and helpful and breakfast was just great. The neighbourhood is perfect and we would recommend it and would stay there again.

This is a special place to stay where you are made to feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Very reasonable price for the services and amenities. Stunning scenery and plenty to see and do within a short distance. Options at breakfast are vast and varied. Freshly cooked and sets you up for the day. The beaches and Marina's are a mere street away. I will come back and this is where I would stay. Have already recommended to friends and family.

Loved this hotel and loved Cascais. The hotel was very reasonably priced and was clean, modern, and only a couple of minutes walk to the town center or the railway station. Breakfast was great. Would have no hesitation staying in this hotel again. Loved it!

Fantastic place—everything was great, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location makes it easy to visit many of the different attractions around the area.
