Our room was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed as we always eat at the hotel restaurant where we stay at least once.

Lovely hotel. Nice big room. Breakfast vegetarian but ample choices. Roof bar lovely but very limited drink choices. Would have loved a cocktail menu not just 5 choices total.

The hotel is modern, new, and clean. It's only 4-minute walk from the central train station and easy access to good restaurants. The service was excellent during our stay. The staff at the front desk is especially friendly and helpful. The wi-fi is very fast. The breakfast included in our stay is high quality.

We wanted the best hotel close to the Banhof. It was cool and clean with an amazing rooftop. The included breakfast was simply amazing!

A great hotel with comfy, modern rooms and a fabulous roof top bar. Breakfast was also excellent. The location is handy for the Hbf and Belvedere though there isn’t much else around. However the quality of the hotel made up for that, and there are plenty of transport options close by to connect with the city.

Lovely place, gladly stored our luggage when we got in super early before check-in hours so we could explore Vienna. Great bar on the roof, good service and views all around. Only minor complaint would be the bed - I know it's Europe so a Queen is often two doubles strapped together, but I often found myself rolled into the divot between them every morning. Also, the A/C was not doing the best job keeping up with the heat, needs an upgrade, but again - Europe.

Perfect place to visit Vienne ,just across the boulevard the haufbanhoff train Station , also direct aero bus to airport . Belvedere palace garden at 2 street corner . Also metro station . Good breakfast . Quiet modern .

An awesome hotel within easy walk of the main station and underground. A hotel that ticks all the boxes while having it's own unique identity. I would highly recommend a city view window and the rooftop bar

This was our least favorite hotel during our trip to Europe. The staff not exactly friendly, but I think that seems to be normal standard for Vienna. The nicest person at the hotel was the tall man at the bar, very helpful. It is rated as a 4star hotel, but coming from America I would rate this more like a 3.5 star hotel. The food selection was limited at the restaurant. Nothing really special about the hotel. The breakfast was good.

The hotel isn’t anything special. But it’s near the station with excellent transport into the heart of the city. Ten minutes by tram or underground. The hotel is clean, tidy and quiet.

too small bed to have a good sleep. If next time, I should choose rather Novotel hotel than here. No value to choose here all the way.

Close to the Hauptbhanhof train station and Belvedere. Used the excellent tram and bus service to visit points of interest. Hotel room was good, very quiet despite being on the 3rd floor and opposite the lift. Had a fridge , kettle, hairdryer, iron and board all of which we used. Rooftop bar was nice.

Very good hotel. Room was very quiet, good air conditioning an excellent breakfast. Location was close to rail station and tram lines.

This is a very cute hotel. The breakfast seemed a bit expensive for what it included. But the property was lovely and the staff was very helpful.

Hotel was right across the metro/railway which was very convenient. Was a quiet neighbourhood and felt very safe.

It's a 5-minute walk from Vienna Station, making it very convenient to reach on foot when you arrive at the station. The facilities are very clean and quiet, and the breakfast is good. Public transportation is easily accessible near the hotel, making it convenient to get around the city. The hotel prices are also very reasonable. This is a great value-for-money option, and if I visit Vienna again, I would choose this hotel.

Great location

Only negative thing is we would like for no toe nails to be found in the bathroom. Absolutely disgusting not to properly clean the the trash bins in the bathroom.

Hotel was very close to the main station and about 50 mins walk to main tourist sites.

Lovely hotel with great staff and in a brilliant location. Very little space to move around the room and bathroom very compact - although lovely big shower. Sink didn't drain away which was annoying and something the hotel should address with regular housekeeping. This would have been a 5* review as we all really liked the hotel, but the breakfast that people rave about was very disappointing - the pastries were ok, the cheese had flies on it every morning, there were no berries, only 2 juices, no nuts or seeds for yoghurt which is standard in any hotel, but there were teryaki vegetables? We had read such great things about the breakfast that maybe our expectations were too high, but despite generally having a vegetarian breakfast on our trip, this was the poorest selection we came across. It wasn't awful, just not what we were expecting

Great location near to train station. Hotel was clean and very nicely presented. Roof top bar was a bonus with the sun out. Would definitely recommend staying there.

Nice hotel in a great location! Our room was very clean and modern looking. The large circular windows are a nice touch that provide an amazing view of the city. There are many restaurants within a short walk and the main train station is right across the main road. We wish we had planned our trip to allow for more nights here! We'll definitely stay here again if we ever return to Vienna.
