Hotel itself is nice and new, nothing wrong with it there. It may have just been a bad luck of the draw, but room 129 had all sorts of issues. From the start, the room is a weird layout, and the TV is on the wall next to the bed, instead of on the wall at the foot?? From there we felt like we were sleeping in a utility room. HVAC unit never stopped making some kind of noise, it only stopped and started even more noise. Some portion of the building plumbing system is near the room, so there were lots of random instances that sounded like someone had dumped a bucket of ice filled water down the drain. Then something in the kitchen area would make a random tapping noise that was like a rock on a counter top. Lastly, our room happened to be under another room that sounded like they were doing a bounce house. That at least stopped by midnight.

this was an excellent stop on our road trip super clean and well appointed kitchen, great breakfast and just overall clean and quiet. Thank you!

The hotel was clean and the staff were very accommodating.

Upscale hotel for the Boone area, which is always overpriced regardless of where you stay. The room was large, had a full-size refrigerator and even a two-burner oven. Bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the walk-in shower. The thermostat on the wall actually works, so you don't have to go over to the heater/AC to control the temperature. The closet was nice sized and provided shelves in addition to hangers. I will stay at this hotel in the future. The only negative comment I have has nothing to do with the hotel, but with the Hotels.com rewards. I selected to use one of my free reward nights, which brought my total down to $69; however, I was charged the full amount of the room. I expect Hotels.com to credit me back the difference between what I was quoted and what I ended up paying.

Great amenities in the room

This is my third time staying at this hotel. The location is quiet and convenient. Another plus is the free breakfast provided. Good options available.

The staff was friendly and helpful and they were very nice to our dog. The only suggestion I would make is they mixup the hot food for breaksfast. We had scrambled eggs and pork & turkey sausages along with ham pieces. Bacon and sausage and gravy would have been nice. Waffles were good. Very nice place.

Good, clean stay away from home.

The staff were friendly. Property was clean. The rooms had a kitchen that met our needs. The mountain views were awesome and you can see them from the indoor pool, even if your room doesn't have a mountain view.

The employees at the front desk were amazing - super helpful and explained the amenities, the hours that breakfast was served, etc. Our room was super clean, very nice, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. I loved the awesome shower stall and even the soap, shampoo, and conditioner were excellent. Sometimes hotels soaps and shampoos are less than desirable. When in that area, trust and believe that we will stay here again!

The hotel was very well maintained. It was very clean and well maintained from the lobby to the room to the pool. The staff was friendly and attentive. There were plenty of amenities and the complimentary breakfast was fresh and appealing. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again in the future.

We stay at this hotel twice a year and always were pleased with the overall condition of the property. Clean , rooms are spacious and the kitchen is a big plus . Staff is great especially Chris the General Manager
