The elevator broke down

Rooms were clean and nice. Really wanted to swim after a long day of driving but was told it’s closed d/t kids softball team “made it black”…saw pool and it looked fine. Should get a discount at all hotels that claim they have a pool but is closed. Lady at front wasn’t very friendly. Beds good. Quiet and safe area.

Loved everything about this Hotel especially how kind, personable and professional that Jennifer at the front desk was! Thank you for everything even though we had to leave for a family emergency and did’t get to stay the full night just a few hours. The room was awesome, super clean! Can’t wait to come back and actually get to stay the whole night.

Great staff and property

It was a lovely stay. Clean, friendly people and close to shopping. Very nice hotel.

First, there is NEVER anyone at the front desk. Enter lobby, stand at empty front desk until someone comes along. Second, received room keys, got to room, room had not been cleaned, even though we arrived around 6:30 pm. Next morning, we wanted a late check out by 1 hour. Tried to call front desk but phone in the room did not work at all. Nothing. Walked back down to front desk, which was empty. Stood around for almost 5 minutes yelling "Hello", "Hello". Finally a lady enters the lobby from the far side and says Hello. There was no clue she worked there. She was dressed like she was on the way to the barn to milk a cow. I responded- "it sure would be nice if someone was working here this morning"....she responded, "Oh it's me." She was very kind and gave me the late checkout, but damn this was a frustrating stay. And to think I booked this because it has the Marriott name. Its a pretty, shiny building, but ran so shoddily......

Friendly staff and variety of convenient breakfast options. Very clean in all areas.

Very clean. Friendly staff. General Manager was the best, whom was visible daily and very pleasant. Treated all guests alike. Very impressed! Oh, and our room was great! - clean, comfortable, had everything we needed! Everything worked!!!!

The property was very nice, but the breakfast was second rate. pre-packaged breakfast sandwiches were offered, but no other hot options other than waffles.

Rooms meant for overnight stay. Very limited room to store or hang many clothes.. Battery was low in remote control.

We stayed at this hotel with our softball team. We asked if we could get the OU football game on and the front desk clerk wouldn’t turn it on for us. The majority of us had to clean our bathrooms due to them being dirty. The beds were not comfortable at all.

This hotel was convenient for where I needed to be for business. It has a nice fitness center. Only issue was one elevator was "down" so there was a little bit of a wait on the one remaining. This hotel appears newer so that elevator issue was surprising.

Beds and pillows need a serious UPGRADE! The mattress was HORRIBLE. lumpy, uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, the service was great, nice breakfast, and very friendly staff

Toilet did not flush at all. Was able to get it going a little after I borrowed a plunger as they had no night maintenance. Only had one towel for shower. When I went to front they said they were out of towels but would get some in the morning. I went to the gym and picked up 2 smaller towels that I used whole my wife used the full sized one. Not a great experience for the price!
