we stayed at the 3 room villa, the best thing is big water tank. it is really helpful. but bad thing is that buggy driver needs custom service education. They use cell phone during driving buggy. it make me feel dangerous. someone tried to make a their private business with guest and ask me private questions. it might be rude.

Amazing resort, staff are friendly and it is easy to get around to other parts of Phu Quoc using a bus or Grab. Would highly recommend!

Quick services from staff regarding amenities ordered through an app. Pool area is great with a beautiful sea view and from there access to the beach. The breakfast buffet is absolutely recommendable. Welly assorted from different cuisines. The best we have tried so far in different resorts in Asia. We stayed a week in the villas. Absolutely lovely place, the kids loved it.

Lovely hotel and facilities, great sunsets in front of the large pool, fun activities. Great Spa, and Gym too. Our villa was beautiful and so spacious.

We had a wonderful time at Movenpick. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa with a pool that was absolutely perfect. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The main pool was amazing and luxurious. There are 3 restaurants on the property, but Grab and taxis are available to take you anywhere.The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The property is on a private beach with sun loungers. Having said all that, the most important part is every staff member was so kind, helpful and professional. This is absolutely a 5 star resort. I would stay here again for sure. I would highly recommend Movenpick.

Well maintained resort with nice water view, infinity pool and private beach. Kids had lots of fun in the foam party too.

I I bring 1 bottles water down at swimmer pool they not mention need to return to room when I check out it charge penalty 50,000 dong that not acceptable.

Everything was excellent except for the delay in the airport transfer shuttle. We were in the shuttle bus for 15 minutes before leaving the airport as the driver keep waiting for other guests which are late. (Lack of punctuality) Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful.

Amazing stay, staff where friendly and attentive to our needs. The resort was lovely along with the beach. Definitely need to hire mopeds if you want to explore island or venture out from the resort.

It was An amazing stay

I was booking a room at Movenpick for 2 nights from 8/29/22 to 8/30/2022. When I booked, I paid for front Ocean views but when I was checked in, they gave me a resident suites on the property and beside the the room had a lots of bugs inside the room. I got a lot of bugs bites. DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE BOOKING ON THIS PROPERTY IF YOU PLAN TO VISIT PHU QUOC. IT WILL RUINED UR VACATION. BOOKED FOR FRONT OCEAN VIEWS BUT END UP WITH RESIDENTIAL SUITES ROOM HAD TO PAID EXTRA MONEY TO UPGRADE ROOM.

Over priced. Design of the villa is not user friendly. bed room and bathroom is small. Very bad odor from the bathroom. no privacy at all as the villas r built very close to each other. One can literally step over to the pool next door!

It was great!!
