Very clean and quiet hotel. Added security was nice having to utilize key for elevator and all doors including entrance. Additionally while 25 a day to park is excessive the heated secure parking was a plus.

beautiful hotel, room and view! modern style, comfy beds.
The only negative was the very strong cleaning odor as we walked into the room that really did not dissipate much. It was way too much!

Hotel room and common areas were clean and pool area looked the same although we didn’t get the chance to use it. Had a delicious drink at the bar too. We did not have a car-about a five minute walk to light rail in one direction and a family friendly sports bar in another direction. Saw a show at the Ordway-about a 15 minute walk and other family friendly restaurants, the Chikdrens Museum and a Walgreens near there. FYI-most restaurants along with the hotel bar closed on Sundays and not many other things to do on a hot weekend nearby.

The hotel was nice but there was no air conditioning cooling in the room. I should have complained about it while I was staying there but the staff didn’t look friendly to raise this issue. Will not be staying in that hotel in the future.

This seemed like a newer hotel…the rooms were big, spacious, and comfortable. The first floor had a place to buy some quick snacks, a very nice pool, and a bar and breakfast area that had many seating options. It was in a great location that was within walking distance to restaurants, bars, parks, etc.

We were really impressed with the hotel, it was close to many of the places we wanted to go to and the staff honestly did a wonderful job and had such lovely personalities! I especially appreciated the staff joining in on our humour when we checked in, and when I had trouble connecting my switch to the TV the staff knew exactly how to fix the issue for me. We will be returning! They also have a cute kiddy pool which we enjoyed very much!

Came for the pool for the kids. Perfect for those under 13, but any older and the pool is very small. Room was amazing, perfect size. It was weird there was no trash bags anywhere. Not sure if that was by mistake. Sadly I'm only disappointed in the breakfast. I was expecting like ....well options. 2 types of sandwiches , bagel/cereal and the normal waffle machine. I was sad to see NO BACON lol. Parking I read was a nightmare but I didn't experience that. Overall I would come again but that breakfast needs to step up.

This was a great place to stay. Staff were great and helped us when we needed directions. Really great breakfast. Kids loved the pool. Close to places we wanted to go, Childrens museum, science museum and restaurants.
