We usually stay at Hilton properties, but this was our first time at Home 2 Suites. It was excellent!! The room was very comfortable and breakfast was awesome. The receptionist, Lazeria, welcomed us with such a cheerful and pleasant greeting. Later in the evening and this morning during breakfast, she was still cheerful and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again!

Spacious and have everything we need

The room was standard and the usual home 2 suites quality.. there was a not so fresh smell when entering the room… otherwise perfect.

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Every single one was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice. The breakfast selection was versatile and changed daily. The room we stayed in was perfect in regard to space and amenities. The room itself was very clean and spacious and well stocked. There were some minor stains in the shower. Their parking lot is quite small for a hotel of its size and each night was a struggle for parking. I contributed this to them being completely booked for 5 out of the 6 nights we stayed there. I also used their conference room briefly and it was covered in gnats to the point I had to take my meeting elsewhere. There were no gnats in any other part of the hotel that I saw and the staff quickly went to remedy the conference room after I made them aware. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would book again.

Fantastic, clean room

The room & check in was good. The only bad part was our door was dead and I had to have the employee let us in twice. The battery was supposed to be changed but it never was which is ok as I understand she more than likely forgot. Other than that the room and service was great. They just need to make sure the doors are charged

Front desk staff was very rude at night. Had to park across the street and was scared because a homeless man was laid by my parking spot. The front desk was not accommodating at all.

Everthing was great except, for the random people and dogs in the hallways. Barked on and off threw the night. Not enough pillows.

Not getting the Hilton points due to third party check in is ridiculous. I chose to stay at a Hilton. Can't even get the Hilton points. Not sure why the person checking me in wouldn't just put the Hilton number in the system. She seemed aggravated by the request.

Good location. Staff not friendly and checkin not helpful. Had Kingsize bed reserved and they gave us full and did not tell us at checkin. Bedding and drapes damaged including room divider with big hole in it.

Service was friendly and the location was good. The only thing I saw was there was a missing tile on the baseboard in the bathroom. Very comfortable room. We would stay there again.

We had a very good stay. Our room was amazing. Our only issue/inconvinience was that the room key could not open the door. We had to ask for assistance from the front desk everytime we stepped out. The front office staff did their best to try make the door work but were not successful.

No hot water to shower in

Stay was good , but at check in was told room key wore not working so if I need to get in my room had to get front desk manager to open my room and plumbing was not working right as well

I would having giving this a 5 star review however when I arrived the key system for the rooms did not work so every time I left the room I had to have someone come with me to unlock the door. When I left the receptionist stayed on her phone the entire time while I was waiting to check out.

I received great service and the property was clean, quiet, and felt luxurious! Beds are reallly comfy. The entire family got some really good sleep.

It was clean

Couch and bed were very comfy. The toilet was far too low…like it was meant for a toddler. Fridge wasn’t cold enough. Our room seemed to be located next to a storage area or something because there was knocking noises in the morning. That being said, it was actually a relaxing time.

Staff and service was excellent. Would only recommend that housekeeping check under the sofa sleeper a little closer, there were a few kid snack items on the floor under it. The bathroom was very nice, but the door was a bit hard to open and close a better handle would have been nice. We loved our stay and will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay here, but I gave 4 starts because i had to take a luke warm shower a few rines since the water heater was overwhelmed with the number of guest.

The entry door had a broken safty lock which did was missing. The bathroom had no latch at all and was completly missing. There was just the cut out that you could see through. Visitors were uncomfortable.
