The front desk clerk Dane was amazing! He made us feel more than guests in his home than hotel desks. He made sure we were taken care off, went above and beyond to ensure my ice packs stayed frozen and checked on us once we saw the room!

I love this hotel! The staff are all professional and friendly. Breakfast options are delicious. They have a laundry facility on site for convenience and it’s located close to dining and shopping options. I will be staying here again in the future.

Great stay, very nice staff. Lighting in the room was inadequate. Also, can they please have a separate container dedicated to hot water. I am really tired of coffee water for my tea or hot chocolate. Need more-or bigger-trash and recycle containers in the room. Most hotels use the same container and it really is annoying to tea drinkers. Other than that, it was s great stay.

Hotel was very quiet and clean, staff was fantastic. Adam took great care of us and answered all our quesitons.

Perfect location if you have a rental car and want to come back “home” for dinner options. Very safe and felt it was convenient to anything we could have needed.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly, amazing service. It was very nice to stay there, we enjoyed the hotel so much. The staff really care about safety which is honestly amazing.

This is a beautiful property and we had gorgeous views of Pikes Peak from our room. Everything was clean. My only complaint was that we were on the 4th floor and our water pressure in the shower was not great. But we made it work. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great stay. Very new and clean. Service great. The only negative was the gymnastics team that was warming up in the room above us. Had to call a couple of times.

It was clean and nice, I didn't like all the soap and shampoo dispenser hanging on the wall. loved the roll curtains, there were 2, one that people can't look inside but you can still see the outside, there were also the rollcurtains to make the room complete dark, garbage cans were way too small. Breakfast was a normal hotel breakfast. But there was something in the hotel that my eyes got very watery during my stay, never have that before, a day after I left it was gone, so much be something chemically that I had a reaction too.

The hotel rooms are the cleanest I have ever seen! First hotel I was comfortable sleeping and getting all the way snuggled up in the bed. Breakfast could have been a bit better with different options but 10 out of 10 we would stay here again.

This property is very close to the Academy -- a plus for parents and families of a cadet. The property is also conveniently located. The morning breakfast is well done and the property is new -- so it is in great shape. The gym was larger with plenty of equipment. Coffee, Tea, and Water service was offered around the clock, which was wonderful. My only complaint is that they were very stingy with towels and paper products. We were there for a week; our room was not cleaned at all during that time frame, and we had to ask for towels and paper products daily. This may be a location issue -- Colorado. The staff was lovely -- super helpful and accommodating. The price was also reasonable for room -- overall a very good experience.

The high ceiling in our room. Breakfast was average. TV cable had so few choices and a description of what you were watching kept popping up.

Great place for rest after a long day of travel. Good breakfast options. Nice restaurants nearby. Comfortable bed. Nice amenities including water and snacks at check in, automated shades, handicap friendly bath, extra towels.
