I will like to say that it was super amazing staying at this hotel the checking in was super fast and the cleanest lobby and rooms was incredible clean plus the service was stunning the whole team was incredible excellent definitely ℹ recommend it I also wanted to say thank you very much Lorena -Paulina -Alvaro -Christian-Jose -frank -Richard -Henry -Daniel wonderful team.

I’ve stayed many times and have never been disappointed. The Staff, restaurant, cleanliness and Room are awesome….Just one incident …You’re Welcomed to your room with a Complimentary Bottle of water. Upon inspection I noticed the bottle wasn’t “Sealed” ( Very Unsanitary ) and it was filled with “Tap Water”. It also said that if you happen to take the bottle you’ll be Charged $5. Not Very “Welcoming”.

Very disappointing stay! I reserved the penthouse suite from 7/20-7/21. During my stay on 7/21 the pool area was not available for use by paying hotel guests because a “music video” was being filmed. All involved were NOT hotel guests! When I walked down to speak with both hotel from desk personnel who had been present all morning they stated “ they were not aware of the situation “. This makes it very evident that the security on this property is NOT safe for foreigner travelers. I would NOT recommend this property and too many options exist in Medellin with appropriate and safe accommodations.

I would have given this hotel nothing but good reviews and comments and would have even recommend it..however at the end upon check out our entire thoughts of this hotel changed to be negative and disappointing due to the fact that they tried to scam us by saying our hotel room smelled a lot like weed indicating we had been smoking. When we said no thats impossible the lady said well thats whats being reported to her. I said no way, they must have different room they are inspecting and not ours..has to be a mistake. They were trying to charge us extra fees for cleaning. After a few minutes of back n forth conversation telling them its impossible because we do not smoke they finally said ok you guys are good to go. We had actually left beers in the fridge and a bottle but they didn't even care to bring that up in case they were accidentally left behind and we wanted to take them with us, Instead they acused of smoking so i do not recommend this hotel. Be careful of being scammed!!! Very unfortunate to end our stay there this way.

This was a great experience from the beginning to the end. Great location, great views. The only thing would be the pool. The pool view to the city was amazing. This was the main reason why we decided to book this hotel. However, Every time we went up to the pool, there was way too many kids in the pool. Other than that, everything was great!!

Enjoyed the atmosphere of the property. Wish the rooms would have been larger and more welcoming but I booked due to the good service reviews. I had my own vehicle so I was disappointed with their lot being full due to offering spots to not patrons for a Father’s Day dinner. Overall I loved the location and ease of getting on and off of the main roadways.

The staff at the front desk and tour desk were very helpful. The hotel is only 4 years old and rooms are spacious and clean. Great location.

Beautiful hotel with very modern fittings and amenities. I stayed there for 1 night in June 2024 and the room was extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. The food served at breakfast was absolutely delicious, plentiful and varied. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.
