The pillows were very flat and unsupportive. There was only one chair in the room and no real drawers. The beds were comfortable. Sadly, we had to wait 15 minutes to check with because the desk person was on the phone with someone trying to book a stay. We weren't even acknowledged

Great hotel all around. Breakfast was all really good, lots of options. Location is great. Shops and food within walking of the hotel and a nice grassy area (park i think)across the street.

Marci was out concierge at night and her service, promptness and attention to our needs was excellent. She was a Godsend to us. The whole property was clean, refreshing, and had a wonderful breakfast selection. Could not recommend this hotel enough. We'll definitely be back.

Our flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. We attempted to call the hotel but the phones were “down” for several days. Hilton reservation could not even contact them. We originally had reservations for four nights. We arrived at the hotel the next day and were told we were considered “no shows” and our reservation was cancelled. We were also told the phones were still down. We were able to book three nights but at a higher rate.

Hotel was clear and neat. Breakfast was good, nice variety. We got no maid service. Had to go to front desk to get fresh towels. Cover on ironing board was badly torn in several places. Air conditioner had to be turned off at night due to low hum.

The hotel was pretty nice. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. I would have liked a door at the other side of building so you don’t have to walk so far to load/unload it luggage.

We have been staying at this hotel several times a year since it opened. We have always had an amazing experience. However, this time our room had not been vacuumed when we arrived and the floors were dirty. Also surfaces like nightstand, desk, bathroom counters were dirty and not wiped down well. The room had a funny smell. All of the carpets in the hotel from the rooms to the landing outside of elevators to the dining area desperately needed a steam clean. Tiles on floor were broken and not repaired. Towels and wash rags were not comfortable. Very thin and rough. Unfortunately we will need to find a new hotel to stay at in the future.

We were in town for my cousins wedding and stayed at the Hampton. The room was very nice, the staff was polite, the breakast was good, and the overall propert was well kept. I would definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel. It's spacious, clean, quiet & still feels new. Restaurants & grocery store just a few steps away. Service was great. Breakfast was typical but the dining area is very clean and spacious - no crowding. Plenty of parking too.

Horribly run hotel. Upon check in-blinds in my room were broken and would not go down. I called front desk to fix and she said, she's only staff on site and cannot help. I asked to change rooms and no other rooms avail. Then TV was broken- no service throughout hotel. Finally moved me 2 hours later to a new room, where there was no chair at the desk in the room. Asked for a chair and said didn't have any. So I took upon myself to take from my old room. Walls were thinnest I've ever seen- you could hear everything from both rooms next to me- complete conversations-absolutely no insulation. Worst hotel stay Ive had in a very very long time.

The staff at check was exceptional. The hotel is at the airport and there were several dining options nearby. Glad we stayed the night before our flight. I would stay there again.

We come to this area often and always stay at this Hampton Inn. It is in a quiet neighborhood with access to very good restaurants, Starbucks, grocery store and other amenities. The staff is great and the hotel is always clean.

My stay was excellent. The only complaint I think I would have is at the beds were not comfortable. I had a backache each morning when I woke up outside of that everything else was awesome. Your staff and clinginess were amazing.

We made reservations over a month ago and drove for 12hours only to find they sold our room to someone else. We are not happy. When you make reservations and they are confirmed, people expect to be staying in that room. We booked a room with a couch and got a small chair and the room was small. Also, the lighting was bad!

Bed was a little lumpy. Pillows were not comfy or solid. It took two of them to feel full under my head.
Air conditioning has to be turned on multiple times a day. It’s powered through a panel that you use your card key to activate.

I always need to have ADA amenities and this hotel had everything I needed. I will continue to use this hotell
