Another very good stay in this hotel, this being my 3rd visit. It's a little away from the centre but served by an excellent bus route with tram and Metro nearby.
Hotel was as ever clean, check-in easy and room was comfortable with a small kitchen area with microwave, hob, fridge, kettle and sink.
Small area in reception selling pizza, ice cream and drinks for those who missed getting things from the supermarket opposite. Also cafe/restaurant in the same area or it's a 10 minute to a reasonable selection of local bars and eateries. Only 15 minutes or so from the centre by Metro or a little longer on the bus

Convenient location, close to supermarket and Metro station. Room clean but funky smell in bathroom, possibly damp. Pillows were uncomfortable and no spares. Staff friendly and helpful. Not the hotel's fault but woken at 7am every morning by men outside using a strimmer, not ideal. Cereal bowls were too small. Overall though decent place to stay

They appear to be applying a dynamic pricing-system. When you book less than 1 week before travelling the price will be 60% higher, despite the hotel being half empty. Not very customer friendly.

Pro: Walk 5 minutes to metro for central. Good communication. Throw a stone to the grocery Store, cafe/restaurant.
Con: dusts under the beds and bathroom basin that need to clean properly. Few dirts on the bed sheets/towels.

Best breakfast, we stayed in a 4 bed room and toom was spacious, kitchenette included, we didnt use ir but it was nice to know you have it included, hotel had laundry room and you could reserve machines from the app, definitely coming back!

Really nice place to stay. Clean rooms and friendly staff. The one downside is the temperature of the rooms. I’ve stayed here on a number of occasions now and the air condition has not worked in any of the rooms, despite adverting this on the property details page. It’s disabled for guest use and requires a technician to get this to work. On all occasions I have asked the staff about getting this switched on with no joy. You can open the window, however this has little impact and does not bring the room below 24 degrees.

It was a little difficult to find the entrance as it shares common entrance with the nearby hospital. However, once we found it, it was great! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and accommodating. The furniture was modern. It was great value for the price paid!

I don’t want to anyone to get stuck like we did. Transportation is limited the , the staff act like idiots. The room attendants they are working the butt off . I Will never come make a reservation for this property or any other .

This hotel is exactly what it says, an apartment hotel.
Rooms have a small kitchen, a mid range refrigerator and in our case, 3 persons, it had a double bed and a divided sofa in two normal single beds.
There is not room cleaning services and you must manage your wastes in a place inside building.
Breakfast was typical but tasty and enough.
Public transportation is a benefit for this choice.
Just outside, bus line 71 and in a few minutes walk metro station Delta (line 5) covers all your transport needs.
The area gave us a security feeling and the hotel is like part of a complex of building with the main one to be a hospital (where inside a small supermarket was enough for our needs).

Great hotel. Rooms were very nice and provided all amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s not in central Brussels, but it was only about a 8 minute walk from the station. It was a great experience.

It was a very comfortable stay, nice and quiet and easily accessible with a metro station a short walk away.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas cookie workshop, and am waiting for someone to email me the recipe.
Only thing we werent too fond of was the room temperature, it was constantly hot in the room and the thermostat wasnt having any affect.

Room was well equipped for self catering and comfortable. Great tv with casting from phone to watch netflix etc. Bed was comfy but pillows could be better.aircon was a welcome feature as it was a hot week. Local shops and cafe and items for sale in hotel are very handy though quite pricey. Laundry facilities are great but remember to select the machine number before paying otherwise you could end up overpaying for the tumble drier. Bus, train and metro access are within easy walking distance and a great way to get around

Checking in and out was quick. Love the closeness to transport which makes it easy to go around. The property is clean and you get all cooking stuffs except for blender and breakfast was good. The only downside is the housekeeping as you only get one housekeeping a week. So if you stay there for 5 days, your room dont get cleaned at all as you only qualify if staying for 7 days or more. Staff are helpful and explain everything you need to know.

Stayed here 2 nights with family of 4. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Food (ex. Pizza) and beverages are available in the lobby any time of the day. This hotel is roughly a 30 min drive from the Gare du Nord.
Pros:
- Around 5-10 min walk to the nearest train station and another 10-15min train ride to the city (2.10 euro for a single ticket)
- Laundry room (with iron) and gym located on 2nd floor
- Beds and pillow are luxuriously comfortable. Very impressed with the high quality of the rooms and the great customer service
- Carrefour grocery market 1 min walk
Uber is very cheap in this city compared to other EU countries.
Please note this hotel is situated right beside (or is connected) to a hospital. This means taxis are available all day long but sirens will be heard throughout your stay.
Overall, I recommend this hotel to those visiting the area. I however, will stay in a hotel in the city of Brussels next time around.

The room is as big as normal hotel rooms, but has a small space set aside as "kitchen". There is a microwave, induction stove, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. You can make simple meal if you do not want to go to restaurants. The surrounding area is pretty quiet. There is a cafe and a small mart in the hospital opposite the hotel. It is about 10minutes walk to the nearest Metro station. All and all, happy with the stay.

My client's private bus for staff starts at Delta station, so this hotel was ideal for me as it was a six-minute walk from the front entrance to the bus stop. This avoided having to get up early to get the metro from another part of Brussels with the stress that involves. That was my sole reason for staying there.
I will consider staying there again, but it will depend on the price as it was no cheaper than many similar places in the centre of Brussels.

Why I must pay a room cleaning for room change due noisy sound I could not understand. The reception noted the problem for the technical service. New room offered. All good. But a surprise and no guest oriented answer from the reception team during the check-out. 20 Euro charged…

Very clean hotel in convenient location (bus and metro very close) with friendly service and good amenities like gym and laundry. The bathrooms don’t have proper shampoo/conditioner so bring those but otherwise it’s great value and a particularly good choice for families.
