The hotel was so clean and updated. They had a delicious selection for breakfast. Highly recommend!!

Very nice hotel. Clean, easy To get too, staff was friendly. The room was clean, bed was comfy. Bathroom was very nice. Really liked the stand up shower with the glass doors.

Nice walk in shower, room was super clean, loved that wash, shampoo etc was in full size containers easy access. All staff were friendly and helpful we have stayed here three times and never disappointed

New management, $30 early check in fee never had to pay that before and $100 deposit never had to pay that before,

The room was clean, beds were cozy and comfortable. The air conditioning unit was a little noisy though. The roll in shower was great for my mom who had mobility issues but the shower spray pressure was a little sub par. Overall it was a great overnight and I can do again as well as recommend.

Took way to long to check in. I would not recommend staying here in the future.

I was given one of the worst rooms on premises. First floor, very first room with a completely handicapped shower with a flimsy curtain. I booked over a month in advance. I’m quite disappointed in the room I was given.

This was a last minute booking as the Quality Inn in the area was disgusting. The staff were very friendly, and the amenities were just as described.

I stayed for a relaxing,fun birthday.....the hotel was most suited for that occasion!

I don't know where to begin. First, upon check in, I was charged for the wrong room. They started to process a reservation for someone else in my group. Once I caught that error, they proceeded to hold a full $500+ on a pre-paid room. I'm still holding my breath to be sure the charge was reversed. It's the holiday. Our room had an unpleasant odor the entire stay, making it difficult to enjoy the room. Can't change, sold out. Oh yes, then day one, the toilet stopped flushing. We decided to check out a day early, but we're not able to get a refund due to pre-payment of the room. I'm not sure I'll ever pre-pay for a room again. The risk is too great. Happy to be home.

Hotel was overbooked. We were told that we had a room and that it was just not ready yet. Upon return an hour later, our room had been given away. The night manager on duty was rude, hung up on guests on the phone, and was all too happy to see us gone.

We needed a room close the the elevator has by husband was injured and walking with a cane. We were not provided one. I was told it was close but it was near the other end of the hall. I also have ALWAYS been able to provide by IHG# upon check in and the front desk refused or did not know how. I travel for work and use IHG hotels often and have NEVER been denied that.

Room was clean and well stocked. The public spaces were well maintained and the staff were courteous and friendly.

It was one of the cleanliness hotels I have stayed at in a long time. I was extremely impressed. Normally, I book a Hilton change, but this hotel has me not wanting to go back to the Hilton brand.

Beautiful area. Staff was super friendly. Loved the room. Especially the window treatments. Both firm and soft pillows that I love. And breakfast was super good. Flaky biscuits. Yum. Great restaurants in the area too.

Never stayed in a HDIEx before, but I am now a big fan and customer of the hotel now. I was blown away by the staff at the Fayetteville hotel. Or room was a regular king and it had plenty of room and it was clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful. My only drawback is, no servicing of the room the 3 days we were there and we had to go find housekeeping to get new garbage bags and towels. They were giving with a smile though.

We had a great stay at this hotel over the weekend. The lady at reception was so nice and helpful. It’s a place I will stay again when I visit Atlanta.

Staff was very friendly, lots of good options for breakfast, everything was clean and modern. Definitely would stay again!
