In the summer it could be amazing. Volleyball area, beautiful patio on the river, canoes for rent and pickup after, community kitchen with lovely breakfast provided. No airconditioning in rooms downstairs and since we were there in fall not sure how hot it would be in summer on very hot days. Host very quick to respond and very kind and generous. Our room was not ready when we got there and he upgraded us immediately to a suite with kitchen! Loved it and would stay there again if price suits!

This is a very nice property on the river next to the centre of Val David. Very convenient to good restaurants. The property is equipped with many outdoor games and facilities. Breakfast was very good and complete. Unfortunately the air conditioning is just in the corridor and not in the individual hotel rooms so the night was rather hot because it was unusually hot weather. Lorraine and Guy were very friendly and helpful. We shall return for another visit.

We stayed here for the Labor Day weekend while our kids were at a nearby camp. This was the perfect little couple’s getaway. We loved our room and the entire setting. The grounds were adorable with sand volleyball, bbq, deck areas and hammocks, bike storage and rental and right along a nice river view for SUP or kayaking. From here we conveniently were able to go hiking in the Val David Regional Park and in Mont Tremblant National Park. Beautiful views all around. If you stay and like to hike we recommend the hiking loop C where from the top you get a great view of Lac Dore. Thank you for a great place to call home for a few days.

Direct backyard access to a river with canoe, bike and other rentals. The free breakfast is actually very good with homemade croissants.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the room was updated and clean. I loved the free breakfast in the mornings, they couldn’t guarantee everything was safe for peanut allergies but we didn’t have any issues. And it was the perfect food to fuel up before a hike. It’s in a great part of Val David, super easy to walk to local restaurants for dinner. Goï is wonderful, she does a great job maintaining the inn. We are planning to come back in the fall!

Awesome place to stay!

I was so impressed with the Oberge inn. It was one of the cleanest and most comfortable hotels I’ve ever stayed in. It was quiet and relaxing. Guy, the owner was extremely helpful and provided information very quickly when asked. Loved that we could check in on our own and were given codes to get into the inn and our room.

Beautiful, intimate place. Exceptionally clean. Would recommend this place.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and friendly, kind staff. Well equipped kitchen and frequently maintained bathrooms. Also a relatively close distance to Tremblant. I will return without a doubt!

I would highly recommend staying here. It was peaceful and quiet stay in nature and next to the village in Val David. Would definitely go again.

This is an amazing place to stay. First time in my life that I enter to a room that smells clean, everything was perfectly placed to enjoy your stay. Having the opportunity to have your breakfast every day next to the river with an amazing view, it was a plus that I didn't expect. I'll come back for sure!

Piece full stay and full amenities

I liked everything about the property. Beautiful view from our room on the lake. We were biking Le P’tit train du Nord and they had a good place to store our bikes, we felt very secured. The place was not quite on the trail but with some info from the tourists’ office, it was easy to find. Talked with the owner during breakfast (sorry didn’t get the name) but she was so friendly, so was her dad. Anyhow, I recommend this place, it is just beautiful. They are also set up outside for bbq if you don’t feel like going out to restaurants. Rooms are super comfy and modern looking. It’s a 5 star place and I will be back 😊

Excellent would recommend to everyone

Too many rules and they should let people know in advance that they have a 10 PM curfew, that's crazy.

The location of the Inn was really unique - on a quiet road along the river. We reached it via a pedestrian/cycling bridge just off the Petit Train Du Nord trail. The sunny back yard and patio with ample seating was lovely. We did not use the outdoor grill or common kitchen but both looked well-stocked. Our room #23 was very clean and modern with a nice view of the back yard and river. Really ice bathroom with soaker tub. It was difficult to find a place to put both our bags as the room was smaller and without closet. Our contactless check-in was a bit confusing - directions for the shared kitchen weren’t clear and our room was missing towels so not the best way to start a stay. It was difficult to tell who worked/lived at the inn and who was a guest at times. The people that ran/owned? the Inn were lovely. The included breakfast was good- fresh, warm croissants were delicious. Mini muffins/toast/fruit were also included. It would have been nice to have a little more protein on offer. For the most part we had a really enjoyable stay and loved the town of Val David.

The property itself is a little getaway that is right in a little forest with a babbling river or lake just behind. It is quiet and refreshing to be in nature. The rooms were delightful and cozy that you don't want to leave this little heaven. Just a perfect getaway from a city life.

Oberge is a wonderful choice if you are looking for an unfussy, comfortable place in a great location. You can walk to the village of Val David, rent bikes and kayaks on site (for less than you would pay in town), and use the kitchen. We would definitely go back.

Nice stay , very Cousy, very clean and well organized

I had a very pleasant stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet at night. There was a nice complimentary breakfast spread and the outdoor area is amazing. There's a fire pit, grill, hammocks, and picnic tables. The shared kitchen is also very modern. You can also rent bikes.

It was a great place with a good beach. The only drawback was there was no coffee in the room orcoffee maker and the resturant on the premises was wzy overpriced. Otherwise I would goback.

Everything was nice,the house looks like very well maintained and the furniture got a new and modern look. The host is very helpfull and friendly only one thing I would like to be different.I want to be asked how I like to pay for my room not charging directly my credit card.
