Nice quiet hotel in a perfect location for visiting Tiolivrendenburg etc. Part of the railway station complex and Mall so good access and choice of food. Price was very high for a solo guest. Breakfast was an ok 6 out of 10.

The room was lovely and clean and very spacious. The hotel was in a great location and handy for the centre of Utrecht and the train station. We'd definitely stay here again.

This property is located within the mall by the train station. Once we figured out how to get there, everything was perfect! We were very warmly greeted at the 3rd floor reception and our room was as expected for this hotel chain. Everything spotless, and the bed, linens, towels, amenities wonderful.

Great location. Short distance from Utrecht central. Amazing allround good experience. Highly recommended. Utrecht is a central town in the Netherlands from which to explore. Use to stay in Amsterdam. Utrecht is a more quiet and peaceful option.

This hotel was perfect for us. Quiet and clean, amazing breakfast, pleasant staff, great location close to train station and in a mall so lots of shops and food options, including a great supermarket, close by.

Great location. Not sure how to enter at night if not checked in, I had one guy run in the door behind me and get in the elevator with me, which is kinda sketchy considering who is hanging around the station late at night.
The hotel itself was a real 4star. Laundry service was reasonable, location was superb, the hotel is very cool looking - kind of like a big air ship - and has super long hallways. I loved the bathroom tub, one button simplicity for the exact perfect temperature to get in right away. I would definitely stay again and recommend. Utrecht is a beautiful city to visit and already very busy with tourists. Wildflowers abound.

Great experience overall! We didn’t realize we booked a night here during the Pride Festival, so getting to the hotel from the train station was shoulder to shoulder. The front desk staff warned us about the noise from the festival and we could hear the noise from our room however the noise was done by 1130pm on a Saturday night which we thought was fair! Room and property was clean! Rooms plenty big! We enjoyed our stay in Utrecht!

very convenient to train station and basically inside a gigantic shopping mall so plenty of shopping opportunities. But also convenient to the old town. To avoid rush in the morning, we opted for the hotel’s breakfast which was quite comprehensive and good, comparable to smaller independent hotels .

Very small room with an awful view. No replacement of waters on day 2. Really sad as it’s a nice location for me. Bar staff seemed uninterested on night 1. Just a shame as my first experience a few weeks ago was better that this

The ease of access to the surrounding area was very helpful. Short walk to the train also made planning a breeze.

When we arrived the reception informed we weren't due to arrive until June, then offered us a basic room with no apologise, Manager Nikkolas became involved and eventually sorted us out.
Room was not great Seats stained, Blood on net curtains covering window, horrible large brown stain on quilt (which they did change).
Not a great experience for the money we paid.

The location inside a mall is very convenient as there are food places and supermarkets very nearby. In addition, it is next to the station. To look for the entrance, it is necessary to head towards the basement - even this was hard to find as the mall is large! The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. The room was also large, and the bed extremely comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Lovely hotel in the Hoog Catherine shopping centre. Handy location. Could walk everywhere. Right opposite the train station which was very convenient as i flew in late. Would stay here again.
