We enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel. Wish they would have had larger selection of snacks to purchase. Also wish the breakfast would have opened at 6am instead of 7 am. Although the breakfast was very good. Some of us have an early start. Other that that we enjoyed our stay.

I came to Rockwall with my 2 daughters and stayed 3 nights at Tru by Hilton. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and quiet, the beds very comfortable and the room had modern look with helpful features like rolling table/chair. We enjoyed the free breakfast - all of us could find items we liked from oatmeal to bagels, eggs, sausage, pancakes, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc. Coffee and our favorite Bigelow Tea was on hand 24/7. The housekeeping service is supposed to be every other day, but we didn’t get a visit during the two full days we were there. It was ok, since our room wasn’t that messy and I asked for an extra trash bag at front desk. My girls really enjoyed the comfortable/cozy lobby with a variety of seating options. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. We will be back!

My reservation was made well in advance of my stay. ON THE DAY OF MY ARRIVAL I called ahead to let the front desk know I would be a late arrival, to confirm my room, and to be sure I was getting a walk in shower as requested at the time of my initial reservation (I'm recovering from hip surgery and cant step in/out of a bathtub yet.) I was told they would have a room with walk in shower ready for me upon arrival. I arrived with my daughter about 930pm. As i was parking, I received a call from the front desk. They needed to discuss an "urgent matter." THEY OVERBOOKED AND BUMPED MY RESERVATION! I went in to the lobby to be met with the associate. She was rude and condescending. She acted like i was inconveniencing THEM. After an hour or so, Tru found me another accommodation in another town and picked up the cost. The other hotel was more of a motel, and definitely not the same value. I was in town for a large competition and most hotels were sold out by the "night of." It was clear why the place i was put- wasnt sold out. It was a place for us to sleep, so we took it. We didnt get checked in until after 11pm because of all the time spent finding another place and the drive time to get there. My daughter missed several hours of sleep for her competition. We were told that BECAUSE WE BOOKED THROUGH HOTELS.COM, they bumped our reservation because it wasnt booked through their own brand! Im hesitant to book through Hotels.com again and getting the same result. Very bad experience.

Excellent place stay. Rooms very clean. Breakfast selection was good.

I've stayed here a few times now. This time around I had a few issues, nothing major but the refrigerator in my did not work and I had to switch rooms. Other than that I was happy with my stay.

The stay was great

I had to supply my own sheets and blanket because I am Allergic to all feather products. This hotel only provided feather comforters etc. I asked staff to remove all feather bedding, brought my own and made my own bed. Your hotel should offer Foam products for those of us that are allergic to Down feather products. I feel that I should receive a refund for the room since I had to bring my own bedding and also make the bed!!
