Staff was friendly, hotel was clean Our only disappointment was I paid for $20 for breakfast thinking it would be a more than a selection of a microwave cinnamon roll or breakfast sandwich.

We didn’t stay because our event was cancelled and we didn’t find out until Sunday at noon. So we lost our money and we’ll can’t review this location.

For an extended stay, this wouldn't be what I would chose. Limited dining options and what is available very pricey. Walls very thin and property looking a tad worn for being rather new. Whatever cleaning solutions used has a very strange scent which smells like animal pee or sour mops are being used. Next time, we're chosing another location, when we come for events at the Cynthia Woods pavilion.

I arrived at 2pm, and hour before checkin. There was no one in the lobby and I waited like 2 minutes for the girl to come check me in. She then tells me it’s $25 to check in early. Never heard of this in my entire life, I’ve also stayed at several aloft hotels before. She claimed it was due to availability. Yet, there was a room available. The worker was rude as all get out.

I liked the area and convenience to nearby businesses. The staff was excellent in helping us when we needed to adjust our reservation. The room needs much more lighting but otherwise a good value.

Such a nice hotel! We stayed only for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! Check in was very awesome too - Clarissa (I hope I spelled her name right!) was absolutely amazing and so nice and really treated us so kindly! We definitely appreciated her checking us in! Definitely would recommend this location !

Great location and close to the Woodlands Pavilion

Was under the impression there would be complimentary breakfast but nothing was complimentary and it was weird we had to go down to get our own extra blankets and towels as opposed to it being brought to the room like most hotels.

Front desk staff isn't there and if they are they are rude. No hot water for a shower. Bright lights flashing at night make sleep hard. Expensive breakfast not included. Little to no amenities

Great… room was rather small. Excellent property

We booked because of the pool but pool was closed for maintenance even after calling ahead to make sure. Elevators kept going down and not working correctly. Front desk staff was snotty to my sister and daughter. room was clean but the rest of the hotel was dirty and had a weird smell. Patio furniture had mold and algae all over it. Massive wasp issue on the patio as well.

This was my second stay at the Aloft Houston Shenandoah. I stayed there due to shelter from Hurricane Beryl. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the power went off at the hotel on Monday, July 8 due to the hurricane winds. The staff was very good with trying to make accommodations comfortable because they do not have a backup generator. My ceilings in the room also leaked onto my bed and clothing. The lines were busy, so I received help from two amazing cleaners who got personnel to move me into another room. The staff was great, but I’m disappointed with their general manager, who never showed up or assisted staff with providing candles or other items for the staff or guests. I was also charged for the room in spite for the leaking room. I ended up checking out earlier due to lack of power. Overall a good stay, but management could have done better

Fairly clean and pleasant environment. When booking I was under the impression continental breakfast was included but found breakfast was not included in booking.

This hotel is so cute! We plan on staying here every time we come to the Houston area. It’s a very clean and will taken care of property. Everyone is so friendly.

Quiet area close to The Woodlands at reasonable price. Free parking is a plus. Rooms are very clean. Both bed and shower are great. Recommend !
