They say that they serve breakfast. They lied! There’s no breakfast nor a vending machine on site. I actually paid to stay at the hotel because it says that they serve breakfast. If I knew that they don’t, I’d have been to a restaurant already eating. When I called them from my room, they said that they don’t serve breakfast. Beds. The beds look big right? Don’t get fooled. Once you sit on them, you will sink in (I’m only 180lbs) and feel the bottom of the bed. If I have to describe how the bed feels, it’s like sleeping on a big sponge with weird bumpy stuff inside it. They’re like beds from WISH or TEMU. WiFi. WiFi is only free for 24hrs. They will charge you after that. If I knew that, I’d also not come to that hotel because I had work on my laptop to do so, I ended up using my phone hotspot. Noise. The ceiling is so thin, I could hear kids from the room above me screaming and jumping nonstop. Those kids for 2 days straight were making noise for at least 5-6 hrs each day. Staffs wouldn’t do anything unless if it is 11pm. I had to wait from 7pm until 11pm to call staffs to stop the noise. I never slept through those times. Not just kids though. Even the adults made noises just by walking. Kids can play yes, idc but but they were extremely loud when it became unacceptable and staffs didn’t want to help.

It was supposed to be non-smoking, but clearly, people were smoking more than just cigarettes.

While this is a simple, basic and no-frills property, it was extremely clean and I felt safe. So make sure you bring everything with you as there are no hangers, lotion, or iron. However, there is a small kitchenette with a full refrigerator and microwave. There is a “Fridays” restaurant within walking distance of the huge parking lot around the corner. This is my 3rd stay here while in town.

It was uncomfortable coming to a hotel that had no toilet paper. That made no sense to me, why would they allow a person to check in a hotel knowing the hotel had no toilet tissue when a person had to use the restroom. It would have been better for the person at the front to let me know upon check in so I could have made other arrangements. I would like a full refund for my 1 night.

No amenities No food. Nothing around to eat or do

Friendly staff and clean rooms , clean fridges , good location not far from shopping restaurants and things to do . They also have a gym that opens early and closes late

The rooms were just okay, the staff was bit rude, not friendly at all. Only one towel provided in the room and when asked the front desk they had none

Flight cancellation meant a scramble to find a room for the night. The pictures showed clean and updated rooms. The front desk staff were friendly. Upon entering the room, there was a strong smell. Running the a/c and fan helped because we had no option but to stay. All other hotels were booked. We think the hotel is part of a shelter over flow program. Doors open with people blaring their TVs into the hallways and lots of yelling at children in the hallways. Very little close by to eat/drink and general feeling of unsafe overall

Good time

There was prostitutes there and human trafficking going on. The former mgr. Was horrible!!

I did not enjoy staying there, the smell of the hotel overall was not pleasant, rooms are remodeled but on surface only, there was a cockroach in the bathroom, and high traffic of non guests roaming around hotel.

The top blanket had hair on it from someone else

After arriving from a long trip! At reception meet people who are not there to help the guest but to be rude !!! My room was with hair on the sheets and secretion stains, the bathroom with hair on the toilet, the shower the same !!! I asked them to change rooms and received bad treatment in the lobby .... That if I wanted they would give me sheets to change them or leave ..... being 11.40 pm

All the room smell marihuana. Very dirty

There was no key for my room. No coffee or coffee pot in the room. The bed was not good. The room was clean and quiet. The staff were helpful.

Midnight check-in and our rooms were not ready?! But desk clerk was super nice and fixed the issue. Room: Overall clean but floor was dirty and needed to be swept. AC barely kept room comfortable.

Dirty bed sheets did not like my stay here

This hotel seems to be for the area’s transient population. It isn’t even in the realm of luxury. The residents all hang out outside smoking. The staff was delightful.

Just a lot of traffic but other than that great place
