The bathroom was a bit old , the tv wasmt really working no hot water

The hotel is nicely located between Rif Fort and Punda. There is a lot to do and see .

Very comfortable hotel right across from Emma bridge. Easy to walk anywhere in town. Only issues were parking, they have a small lot behind which fills up fast. On the plus side plenty of free parking nearby. If you want to be on the beach, then you may want a different location. There is a locals beach a short walk away on the Punda side. Small, but protected, and snorkeling under the walkway opposite the Beach where you will see many fish.

Pool was dirty! Serve different breakfast everyday. Towels fuzzing tooo much. In the morning, sink smells terrible.

I always ask for a quiet upper level room away from vending machines etc but My first room was only on the first floor right next to the pool and near the breakfast room, so the first night was noisy. Additionally it had no windows and was very sterile. They kindly moved me to a much nicer and quieter room.

Staff was very good courteous. Plinio at front desk was very helpful. Hotel is in a good location

For a quick stop in Curacao with athletes, a very convenient location. Centrally located with a lot of eating options in the neighborhood. Kudos to the staff, a special mention for the male front desk agent. It’s also obvious after a couple of times staying here, that the kitchen staff must have received some kind of notification about their behavior. Good job!

Brion City is ONLY nice for location. I absolutely did not enjoy my stay here. Bad odor, cockroaches, too much noise, towels are OLD like it's been there since the hotel first opened up, I won't return. Upon check-in I went up to my room & I swear it was a motel room. The bathroom/toilet had a really bad odor, I notified the receptionist & they said they'll send housekeeping to clean it again, which was done but the odor was still there, they switched my rooms & this one was okay. One night I woke up to use the washroom & I saw cockroaches in the toilet & in the bedroom, I was soooo glad I was checking out very soon.... I even took pics to upload but I'm not getting the option to upload the pics. If you're staying here please don't expect much and make sure you're out of the hotel majority of times. I will say the staff is really really friendly and helpful though Azaria is a darling and so pleasant..

The hotel is in a very convenient location from most attractions. Very easy to get around

Great location and decent rooms for the price. I had an incident where the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. I called to report it and they never sent anyone. Luckily, I was only staying one night.

Bed was too hard and 🚽 had an unpleasant smell.

We did not stay here. They gave the roo. To another family. We went to another establishment. The room had a strong smell of bleach.

Nice hotel with great location and nice rooms but it needs some more work and upkeep. Room closets have no shelves or drawers to place cloths. Bathroom fan not working. No power outlets near bed stand. Asked for room with 1 king. Got room with two queens.

Right in the heart of town near all kinds of restaurants. Easy parking and quick on and off to the main road to travel anywhere you want. It can be loud until a little after 10 facing the bridge but not a big issue. They also provide beach towels which was incredibly useful. Free and early breakfast saved us a ton of money and let us get out before the sun was too intense.

Staff were very warm and friendly. Sommer at the desk was a rock star. Excellent service. The lack of having a shower door was a challenge but on the third day the housekeeper recognized and placed a floor towel by the shower. All in all a very nice place

Property is the perfect location. We were able to walk to every tourist location.

Carnival was right out front

Kitchen staff needs to be reminded that they cannot be arguing with each other in full volume while there are guests having breakfast. Also take in consideration that there are guests there that understand their language. Housekeeping staff are really friendly and helpful.

The checkin was quick and easy. Room was exactly like described. Get the room with the balcony overlooking the bridge you will not be disappointed! Breakfast was fabulous so much more than I was expecting. We received fabulous dinner recommendations also. Great stay!

Location and affordable. The hotel itself is a bit tired for a BW, but you can't beat location and convenience.
