Very easy to find and parking on site. Checked in just after 3 by a very pleasant knowledgeable young lady. Gave us information and things happening around the town including details of the horn blower in the market square at 9pm. We were very impressed with the restaurant and also our room which although slightly small was finished to a very high standard modern design. We also had a fridge with bottles of mineral water and fresh milk for the tea/coffee. A coffee maker and kettle and beautiful home made biscuits. Also a large electric fan, very quiet, and most welcoming during the night. Lovely fluffy white towels and good quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Breakfast was lovely, all freshly cooked and service was excellent. A definate 4* stay and will certainly return.

Great welcome. The room was exceptionally spacious over two floors, with 2 bathrooms. Very clean, with no wear and tear or damage. Excellent facilities. Very high quality of service and food at breakfast. When I booked this, I thought it was overpriced. It wasn’t, it was excellent value for money.

Room was good but on small side. Restaurant evening meal was excellent. Breakfast was good but service was slow.

Fabulous stay. The room, was small, but high spec. The restaurant was full of tasty food and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend the steak, which was infused with flours which set you up for the day. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish Staff so helpful & kind . The food was really good in the restaurant and a reasonable price. The morning breakfast was very good a nice change from a traditional breakfast lots of choices very yummy. The bedroom was very clean the bedding was very good quality. We liked the nice touches of freshly made biscuits still warm a small fridge with bottles of water and fresh milk in . What more could you ask for. Home from home. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back later in the year. Thank you so much for a lovely stay just what we needed. John&Jenny Hall.

Nice short stay incl dinner in the restaurant. Room lovely just a little on the smaller side but great shower room. Food in the restaurant excellent and service very good.

Beautiful hotel room .Cozy warm very clean.with ensuite. The food in the restaurant was amazing very tasty fresh plenty of flavour. But no hotel and restaurant is complete without it's amazing team , all members of staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hope too return in the future

The staff were very friendly, attentive and customer orientated. Room was very clean, but also very hot (even with the radiator off - heat from the hallway?). This did not deter from our enjoyment of the stay - it was easy to open a window. Food quality and choice in the restaurant was excellent both on the evening of our stay and at breakfast. Will definitely recommend and go back.

My husband and I stayed at Valentino’s on 15th November 2023.As I was on my own during the day the staff at Valentinos took excellent care of me I checked in early was served the best mushrooms and toast with coffee.After a walk around Ripon and all it’s independent shops I returned had a pot of tea and a relax. Room was gorgeous; walk in shower invited a long stay. Evening spent in restaurant was really great, staff were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, food was excellent.The breakfast the following day was superb. Will definitely go again and I recommend Valentinos to anyone wanting to treat themselves to the best of times.

Great well appointed if a little small rooms. Very friendly service. Excellent Italian style breakfast. We also had our evening meal in the restaurant which was great quality at a reasonable price. Overall excellent

Amazing place and amazing staff

Lovely people and setting. Made us feel very welcome. A short walk into Brodick but set in a very peaceful and beautiful place. Breakfast was wonderful and though we didn’t eat there at night we had heard very good comments about it. Only downside was the shower. Very noisy and difficult to control but we were told there are plans to change it. Would definitely stay there again if they can sort the shower out.

Short walk to City centre, convenient for visiting family near by & the bonus of free parking. Friendly & very helpful staff.

Location at town square. Beautifully appointed, unique rooms with on site fabulous Italian restaurant popular with the locals. Breakfast was delicious with many options. In room coffee Lavazza maker pods, kettle for tea bags, jar of biscotti, fresh milk and two kinds of Italian bottled water in the little refrigerator! My room was on the Main Street side and traffic was not an issue. In fact from 10pm - 6am no traffic at all ! Highly recommend this great B&B extraordinaire!

A very lovely stay! Great location, electric charging for the parking, great room, fantastic service, incredible breakfast (not your usual standard hotel brekkie, a million times better)! So pleased we chose to stay here.

Beautiful room and bathroom, spotlessly clean. Lovely comfy bed and bedding. Coffee machine a bonus and bottles of water in fridge a nice extra. Breakfast was amazing from croissants, homemade granola and a range of stunning hot food. Staff very friendly. The only negative was the noise. Our room was on the front so traffic and pub revellers was bad.. It was a Saturday night,but bear in mind if wanting to stay. Only 2 hrs sleep. We live in a quiet village so are not used to any noise. My husband has terminal cancer so not being able to sleep was a biggy. However, great location if wanting to explore Ripon. Would stay again if a weekday and a back room.

Busy area close to centre, we slept well and it had everything we needed including cooling fan and parking space. Friendly staff especially Emma who showed us to our room. We would definitely return

Great location and excellent breakfast

Upon arrival check in was a breeze, free on site parking, and we were shown to our room within minutes. The whole place is spotless and the room was lovely. Bedroom and bathroom were nicely styled and very clean. Very comfortable bed. We booked dinner in the restaurant and wow was it delicious! The restaurant was quite full and yet the food came quite quickly, the staff were all polite and friendly, there was no sense of being rushed. As others have mentioned in reviews the breakfast is awesome! All in all a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be back. Keep doing what you’re doing guys - a fabulous job 😍

Great location, clean & modern rooms. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was amazing, sirloin steak was melt in the mouth & eggs cooked to perfection however you wanted them. Would highly recommend this place & would definitely come back.

I cannot rate valentinos and the rooms highly enough. Absolutely top quality friendly and welcoming service.fabulous evening meala and the breakfast was to die for! 10/10!
