Very clean. Newe4 hotel. Pet charge of 75 dollars for a Maltese in a carrier seems excessive.

It looks like half of the room may be updated but a critical part was not. The AC unit sounded like a siren every time it turned on.

Property is the perfect for a long trip. Room equipped with a kitchenette which makes trips easy with not having to eat out or just microwave food. The entire property was clean. Highly recommend.

Nice newer hotel with very friendly staff. Room was nice yet overpriced but that seems to be the case for hotels in the Venice area. Decent breakfast included. Dennis the Waffle King made it extra enjoyable.

The suite style room is always a little easier for us to use. The room was clean and comfortable overall, but the shower in our room always sprayed water onto the floor no matter how we tried to adjust the shower head.

The staff at this hotel made all the difference. We were first greeted by Mike, who was so kind in offering help and advice since we did not know the area. We met Jen at the breakfast the next morning. She is awesome and so friendly. Next, we met Regina and Donna, who made me feel so special when they discovered it was my birthday. Lastly, we met Ken at breakfast on the third day. He was also friendly, kind and helpful with our requests. I have to say that I have very rarely met such a remarkable staff. This must be attibuted to a noteworthy manager. We thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Upon checking in was told about a $20 incidental fee that I would be charged which I agreed to but then during the night I was charged an additional $60 incidental fee that I was not told about a check in or anytime. I did not agree to this nor approve it, and it was charged without my consent. When I questioned the hotel about it they said they did not know what it was for at first, but then to speaking to the manager said it was an additional incidental fee I was then told it would come off my credit card by that evening and it has not been removed. So still waiting on this to be removed as promised.

We checked into a room that reeked of organic odor. I had the get the desk clerk to come to the room to believe me. He couldn’t believe it. The room NEVER should have been used. Changed us immediately The breakfast was bare bones with staples routinely used and having to call staff to replenish. The every second day housekeeping policy - clearly a dumb and poorly disguised cost saving attempt - was a farce, as our bed was not made, and the room was partially cleaned on the second day If you are going to have an alternate day cleaning policy, have enough towels on the room to cover it. There weren’t. Drying ourselves off with damp towels on alternate days. Awful experience from a 50 year plus business traveler. Just awful. Never setting foot in a Marriott again. Real slippage in standards.

Large well laid out rooms. Excellent disabled facilities in the room. Beads minorly uncomfortable. Excellent variety for breakfast and breakfast staff was very pleasant!

I made this reservation a month ago for a bedroom with two beds and when I got to the hotel with my family after a 2 hour drive I was given a handicap room where the door handle was extremely hard to open, it had one bed and a sofa bed. When I went to request a change I was told that the hotel was fully booked and that the general manager was the one who did the switch a couple of days prior to our arrival without contacting me for the approval. Besides that inconveniences every thing else was good, the hotel is nice, clean, nice staff and good breakfast.

Not sure if management will see this, but there were a few issues. First - terrible water pressure in bathroom sink; second - drawers to one dresser difficult to open; third - location of air conditioner in the bedroom made the air blow right on the bed; fourth - the big one, the "mattress" on the studio couch was terrible. If the management saw it, they would not let their family sleep on it. An additional mattress topper should be bought and offered which is done in other Marriotts. Wanted to stay there again next year, but if the mattress situation doesn't get rectified, that won't happen. Not looking for financial recompense or free nights, etc, but disappointed in the "quality" of bed. Was offered a down comforter to sleep on, but did not help.

The location is perfect. The front staff is beyond terrible especially the person Antoinette. She made our stay very unappealing , anytime we asked a question she was put out. She would not answer any questions at all

The pillows were nice and fluffy not flat like other hotels. The Comforter was so soft and so warm . It was really nice .....zzzzzzzzzz. Not to mention their shower. It had great water pressure and hot after a long day . Overall , the complimentary breakfast was good. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again ! Thank you , Marirott for the nice room.
