Has a countryside feeling, perfect for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The motel is located off the beaten path but the room was fine, very clean and orderly. No options for food or drink on site. No front desk for check in/out. Everything done digitally. Had to drive several kms to get anywhere, for example to get dinner or breakfast or just do some shopping or sightseeing. Using GPS helped find things fairly close by. Overall satisfactory experience.

Could use a little updating as far as bathroom fan and a little bit of paint.

While the room was nice & clean, the service was non-existant. A note in the lobby stating that « staff is at the other inn and to please call  (use your own phone) if needed, makes one feel less than welcome.

Very nice and very clean! Rooms are small but perfect for a getaway where we didn’t have a lot of room time planned. The staff was so nice. The pastries and coffee offered on Saturday were phenomenal. The staff offered wonderful suggestions for dinner and breakfast in the area during our stay. We enjoyed all the recommendations. Check in and out were very easy. Beds are firm and pillows were very nice. Shower had wonderful water pressure and was very hot. Nespresso machine was an indulgent perk that we appreciated. The location was great for not NOTL and the Falls. Very quiet and nice area. Everything you need at an affordable price and with great parking. Definitely recommend!

The Kent Motel was a great stay while visiting the Niagara Falls for the weekend. This is a great quiet stay about 10-15 from the falls away from all of the busy commotion. The staff was wonderful and were going above & beyond to help accommodate us for our late arrival. Shoutout Marianna and Yvonne!! You guys are awesome.

The motel was quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. The balcony was enjoyable for morning coffee. Enjoyed walking down to the river and around the neighborhood.

We loved our stay at the Kent Motel. It was quiet, the rooms were very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The check in process is super easy because they text you the code to your room beforehand. There is not always someone at the front desk so it's helpful to be able to get in by yourself. In the morning, the front desk has a great selection of pastries and fresh coffee. The motel is a short drive from the falls and Niagara on the Lake, but very removed from the touristy parts.

What a quaint place we we're on the second floor room 201 with a balcony. The decor was also quaint as well . We really would recommend it.

The motel is located in an area that is easily accessible to both Niagara and Niagara on the Lake. This makes it easy to enjoy area wineries as well as both cities. Room was clean and well kept. The only item lacking in our room was a chair to sit on instead of having to sit on bed. We did not spend much time in the room so this was not a big problem for us. The cafe has wonderful pastries and quiches to start your day. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about area with suggestions on bike routes and also asking questions about where you went and what recommendations you had regarding activities you enjoyed while visiting. Would definitely book again.

This is a beautiful motel, with clean, spacious, stylish furnishings, a great tiny cafe for breakfast with the best croissants I've ever tasted, and a location that is perfect for getting to all the attractions of Niagara Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake. In a quiet residentail neighborhood that provides a break from all the touristy hustle and bustle. Each room is different; next time I will ask for a room with a desk as I had to do a little work and use the coffee table for my laptop. But that was literally the only drawback I could find; we travel to Niagara several times a year and will definitely stay here again.

The stay was good. The breakfast not so much. And bugs in the room were an issue.

The customer service was helpful, friendly and I felt that it was truly their pleasure to accommodate us. Very rare to find these days. The room was clean and bright, we loved the patio. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood, close to Niagara-on-the-lake and Niagara Falls.

The motel is located in a country setting on a side street so very little traffic. Room was simply decorated but quite cozy, very clean and suited our needs. While it is a bit away from restaurants, etc, we did not mind travelling the 10-15 minutes or so along a scenic country road to visit Fort George, town of Niagara-On-The-Lake. Very enjoyable stay.

Our stay here was wonderful. We chose this motel because it was out and away from the hustle and bustle of the falls but still close to Niagara on the Lake. The rooms were clean, quaint, attractively decorated and quiet. The staff were super helpful and friendly and Queenstone is such a delightful little historic village.

Quiet , safe and clean. No restaurants or lounges within easy walking distance

Nicely renovated motel. Not cookie cutter! Furnishings are a mix of comfortable modern bed and small fridge + carefully selected vintage/upcycled finds. The room we were staying in had a lovely mid-century hutch. Comfortable and quiet. Appreciated having a bathtub vs just a shower. Friendly service. Will stay again.

What a wonderful place to stay. Our room was beautiful and so comfortable. We rode our bikes to Niagara on the Lake and so were so pleased to have a comfy veranda to relax on in the evening. I highly recommend this motel

Beautiful room on a quiet location

This is a great property, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busy part of Niagara on the Lake. Think of a renovated, mid century modern Rose Motel from Schitt’s Creek. Having said that, there were some things that were lacking such as a deadbolt lock on the room door. The only lock was the small lock on the room’s doorknob. Also, in the ground floor rooms, there is absolutely nothing to stop someone from breaking in through the windows, nothing to prevent the windows from being smashed to gain entry.
