So easy to walk to Mayo Clinic. Even though a shuttle bus stops in front of building we enjoyed the walk. Great Thai Pop restaurant in walking distance.

No parking available if you didnt reserve it with room did not know that,had park on side street 3 blocks away had have car moved by 8am in morning,will never stay there with such a inconvenience, when were in 70,s and one using a cane to walk, no sorries from them

Beware! to the right in front desk there is a lady that is EXTREMELY SLOW working! Go to the Left as there are 2 front offices. The younger staff on the left are way more efficient.
Also on Breakfast duty there is a very bossy lady that discriminates against Latino and children.

Fantastic property. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Loved having the outdoor space/courtyard just outside the lobby area. Gym was really nice as was the pool. Breakfast in the morning was your typical free hotel breakfast. Coffee was great! Highly recommend staying here.

Very clean, quiet property with helpful staff. Shuttle to Mayo and St. Marys is very efficient. Close to restaurants and good neighborhood for walking.

We were in Rochester for our annual physical exams at the Mayo Clinic. This hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the clinic, but also provides shuttle service. The rooms are very comfortable. The place is extremely clean. It is pet friendly which we appreciate since we travel with our small dog. There are many restaurants and shops in the area, and the small lobby restaurant is also very good. This is the third time we’ve stayed here and will do so again.

Our Stay was very good. I thought the hotel was very clean our room was very clean. The bed was not that comfortable, but in fairness I'm use to a sleep no. bed. The only thing I would criticize and it was small things. When cleaning the room we had 3 towels and they only returned 2 and only had a makeup wipe on the first day and didn't replace the coffee pods each day. Other than that is was prefect. I would high recommend this hotel.

Amazing property for Mayo patients! I was going to Mayo for a few doctor appointments and selected this property due to its location and room options (my mom and best friend joined me so we needed a little more space). The room was very well appointed and felt new. Also the evening happy hour and social events (like trivia) were a hit and really enhanced our stay - it was such a fun surprise! Definitely recommend and will stay here next time I'm at Mayo!

We needed a lodging with a full kitchen and a hot tub. The location worked well. The staff were friendly. I needed containers to transporting cut watermelon and the staff provided containers which were adequate.

Our room was clean, we had all the dishes, towels, everything we needed. The safe was very handy. The food from the bar was good and reasonable. The convenience items for sale were handy and a nice assortment. We didn't share in the breakfast but it looked good and everyone seemed pleased. A special thank you to Machele-desk. She was so welcoming and provided restaurant suggestions, directions and always smiling and offering assistance. Thank you for a stay that exceeded our expectations.

These are absolutely brilliant, well thought out rooms here at Mayo in Rochester. I had everything I would have needed if I was here on a long-term stay. I am grateful these are available for those who do have to stay longer. The hotel social hour was enjoyable, I sat down there and did some work before heading to my room for the night. Thank you for creating A hotel that is functional, beautiful and cozy just like the comforts of home.
