The view from the room was breathtaking. We had a view of the harbor of vineyard Haven. Everyday we saw the ferry come and go. It was like a scene from the movie Sabrina.

Lovely stay, lovely staff, great location, clean, little beach with towels and beach toys for kids! Second time staying here- can’t wait to go back next year.

We had a really great stay! Staff is lovely, friendly and professional. The room and motel was very clean and nice.
When we visit again, we would prefer a bigger room, and one not at the road side of the building. The room was smaller than we expected and there was significant traffic noise.
We enjoyed to closeness to town and fishing, and the beach was very pleasant.

I thought the property was in a good location to see the island highlights, close to dining options, and had a nice private strip of beach in the harbor. Things I didn't like was the tight parking lot, age of the property, and lack of housekeeping. Room was well equiped so the lack of housekeeping was a minor issue. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

Wonderful private beach area with boats docking very close and clear water. Space in bathroom was a little tight but comfortable overall. Overall great value, gorgeous view and relaxing property walkable to ferry, grocery and shopping.

It was a nice place, the room was clean and with all the basic things needed for our stay, really close to the main St. where you find the stores and restaurants.

This property is ok. The room was ok. Comfortable enough. The air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t sleep. The front desk checkin was ok. The people were not friendly at all.
The location is good. Short walk to the harbor.

We came for Pinkwell and this hotel is convenient to public transportation, Stop and Shop, Gourmet French restaurant next door, Black Dog down the street and fresh seafood across the street. Bus stops right on front and leaves across the street. I ❤️ it, private beach, water and coffee provided.

I legit enjoyed coming back to my room every night. That 2nd floor hit different when you can see the lights on the yachts and hear the waves crash. I liked that you can only get in by passcode after 9pm, so that made me feel safe. Private beach definitely a plus, as well storage area for late check outs.
Cons: bed frame was very squeaky and matresses may be older and should be replaced for comfort.
Otherwise, I loved the location, my Cold AC, HUGE screen TV in room and window in the bathroom .

Wonderful stay! Clean room with microwave, fridge, and table for eating. Extra bed to organize our clothes. Provided beach towels and coffee. Great private beach with chairs and view of the ferry. Big shared porch with benches. Free parking and easy walk to buses, ferry and the town of Vineyard Haven. Everything we needed for a relaxing vaca on the vineyard!

Lori is WONDERFUL!! The property was well-kept and managed. Very close to dining options and public transportation. Any issues or questions were quickly addressed.

The private beach and courtyard area was a nice addition. There were many eateries and a supermarket within walking distance . The staff was very accommodating. It is an ideal place to read or write a book. I’m looking forward to visiting again.

Given the timing, there were not very many options for my family and I to stay because summer in the Vineyard is so busy when we arrived the front desk staff was very friendly, but I’ll never stay at this place again from the outdated room, lack of cleanliness of the shower, I was ready to leave.

Didn’t know if the window was open or closed, you could hear everything outside. Decent place to stay. Safe friendly people, near the bus stop, you don’t need a car on Martha’s Vineyard,

A perfect spot to stay for our short trip! Only a five minute walk from the ferry and bus terminals with lots of food options around. Friendly staff, the second floor balcony offered a beautiful view over the water, and the motel has its own private beach! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect for families with comfortably spaced room with a small kitchen. Loved that they provided clean beach towels to use on the private beach next to the harbor. Bed was a little springy but okay.

This was a great experience for me. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean and affordable. This will definitely be my place to stay when I return.

Hotel was good we were more than happy there the location was good and parking can’t complain the only thing to boggle about was the door was difficult to lock and needs replacing as it was very worn and I think I could have broken into the room very easily
