Really enjoyed my stay at Citadines. The hotel is just a stone throw from the Berawa Beach. They have a wonderful roof terrace with the best view you can get in Canggu. They also serve excellent food and entertainment at the rooftop where there also an infinity pool. Highly recommend!

The rooms are clean and comfortable but I think that the AC need an check because there is a terrible smell in the room like mold and drainpipe so we had to leave the balcony open for fresh air

Lots of things to do nearby, staff members are kind and attentive.
I would say that one of the buildings are a bit far from the lobby, but I was told that the other one is noisier. The room was slightly wet (ans opposed to dry), but after all you are in the Southeast Asia!
Overall I would recommend.

We were very happy with your service. We appreciated being moved from the noisy side of the building. We did have some very inconsiderate noisy guests near us but once we rang reception, the issue was quickly resolved because this was at 2am. Overall a very pleasant stay and your staff are phenomenal. Thank you

Noise from people scraping chairs across floor from Above. Hotel could alleviate this and put pads on the legs of the furniture.

Located in one of the best parts of Bali, not to mention Canggu, the hotel has great facilities and is just a short walk from restaurants and two of the best beach clubs in Bali - Finn’s and Atlas. Services are excellent and the entire staff exceptionally helpful & friendly. Two pools and good value

Nice property, the room was nice, staff were amazing. There is not a lot around the area, also not close to the main part of Canguu if that’s where you want to be. Overall a nice stay and very friendly staff. I would recommend this property.

Excellent room but the room smelled the mold. Also, bad noise isolation. We heard people and staff in the corridor from far away, and children screaming at the swimming pool at 7am (bad after a flight arrival at 4am…)
We decided to not stay and move to a villa to be in a quiet atmosphere.

For the price the studio apartments were fantastic and well priced. Eating dinner and swimming on the Sky pool was fantastic with the best sunset views. The music and sport options in the below cafe. Simple is best and they nailed it.

Hands down the most eco friendly/sustainable property I’ve stayed at in Bali! More hotels and properties should be doing the same. No water bottles with water refill stations throughout the hotel. Ideal for families with the rooms having kitchenettes, laundry facilities. We loved the rooftop pool and spent most of our time up there. There is a fair bit construction in the area so we asked for a quiet room away from it and they gave us one. We could hear Finn’s beach club on the weekend but the noise settled by 1am. Balcony doors are quite soundproof so overall we were able to sleep fine with the noise. Would stay here again!

Met all our needs. Great staff. Can’t say much about breakfast since I was only half awake and missed the next two days. I did notice live egg and noodle station outside on the patio that no one told me about. Hotel has a secure free parking. Bike rental from that garage next door is a plus ! Wish we had stayed here longer.

Bad soundproof. Could hear motorbikes and loud music from the clubs distance away
Bathroom was not cleaned properly before we checked in. Hair and mildew found in bathroom. Shower gel bottle was not refilled. When asked for it, we were given bar soap instead. And the tissue box was empty

Overall I really liked clean my room looked. There was construction next door and it went on all day. It was hard to relax at the pool and all you hear is loud construction. Also the walls are very thin in the rooms. Whenever the room next door to me would move a furniture (grad chair on tile) I would hear it very loudly. Whenever you would readjust in bed, the floor would make the drag noises too and I’m sure it made the next room annoyed as well. You shouldn’t be able to hear furniture being moved. That such a flaw to this place. It would’ve been perfect but this issue made it hard to have a good night of sleep. I would never stay here again.

Location is good. The beach is on a 5 min. walk, however, not so nice as in Kuta beach and also very crowded.

We enjoyed our stay. Great staff and very nice and big room. Very nice pool. Breakfast could be improved with more options. The hotel is in a quiet area a bit far from main Uluwatu beaches and nightlife. Not a single bar or restaurant near-by we always needed to grab a motorbike.
