Check in was very good , she was friendly and efficient. We were able to cue k in prior to c/I time.

On arrival the desk clerk informed us that there had been an electricity outage on one floor and we were being moved to a new hotel a similar distance away from the port and that they were pay for us to get a taxi. The replacement hotel was distinctly not as nice as this one. So we had a pretty bad an uncomfortable night having arrived late and having to get up very early the next day. No compensation was offered. Extremely disappointing.

The room is fine , however the noise is unacceptable and you cannot get any sleep , there are constant alarms going 24 hrs a day , there is a washing machine bolted to the wall and it goes 24 hrs , there is a light that fills the bedroom at night which cannot be covered , it has been 2 nights with very little sleep so if you want to sleep give this hotel a miss

Great place to stay in Piraeus, but definitely need to eat elsewhere for dinner.

Near restaurants bars and shopping

This property was really nice and clean with a modern feel. The location was very convenient since it was a block away from a metro station and the port. We were very happy with our stay here and thought it was great value.

I couldn't sleep at night. When I checked in, I wondered why they mentioned offering earplugs and an eye mask, but I quickly understood. Even at midnight, you can hear people walking around, and in the morning, the noise of staff closing doors loudly was disturbing. It was terrible. If you're sensitive to noise or light, I would recommend avoiding this place.

It was an overnight stay by Piraeus port. It is conveniently located by port and has ample metro, bus an taxi access. The room is clean and modern, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The bathroom shower was missing a sliding door, and the door in place came off the rails when moving. Other minor damage to the fridge door indicates the quality oversight could be improved. door

Staff was courteous and even though the room was not ready because we arrived early they tended to our luggage and brought it to our room, when it was available!

The door to my room did not close. I had to force the door to close. I had the have the maintenance tech to troubleshoot. And it too too long to repair.

As in other reviews, you make a reservation at the one hotel and they move you to across the st. They tell you it is an upgrade but it is not. I should have refused but it was a long day with a 10 hr flight, So I didn’t put up a fuss. The other reviews say there is a control of the air conditioner by the central desk with 24 deg being the max. The sign at the front desk says it’s for 72 hrs only to conserve energy. Prev reviews were two mos ago so not just the 72 hrs Then the website indicates laundry, so I asked the desk and they say it is not offered. I asked if it was available across the street as that is the hotel we originally booked at. The tell me that it’s a service with a third party and not a washer and dryer on site. The site didn’t say dry cleaning. So a walk down the street 15 mins in the Greece heat with my laundry bag.:( The web also says hotel transp, note that does not mean an airport shuttle it means you can go through a link they have on their website to purchase it, lol. The final straw was the power. The power went out the night before we were to check out and wasn’t to come back on before 3 pm, they say this is due to municipal work. The hotel across the street that I was originally booked at, had power. I asked and the desk person said it was because they have a generator and the fellow taking care of the taxis said it was just our side of the street. It’s a smoke and mirror trick. I am in holidays and just not interested in tricks.

This was a clean hotel near the port with shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel helped arrange transportation to the port for our cruise. Our 42 yr. son was with my husband and me. The room had a separate loft room but late August with only a fan was very hot. Steps were very steep to loft.

Proximity to the port was a big plus. Just didn’t feel like a very safe place to be out in after dark. Surrounding area was dirty and a bit smelly. Hotel itself was nice though.

Mostly everything they done give face cloths unless u ask and they don’t have tissues in room

The facility and the staff were excellent! Very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the city was doing street and utilities repairs all around the facility and had the roads torn up.

Moved to across the street -said it was an upgrade !!!more like down grade Hole in bathroom ceiling ,given no information on room when arrived -yelling and noisy Neighbours all nite -walls as thin as paper -could not even give us a spoon or fork plastic or otherwise -we asked for kettle ( which they said they supplied )-had to take it out of box Position of tv in room stuck out into bathroom door

The hotel per se is good, the surroundings are really dirty, scary at night. The room was okay as well, personnel was fantastic.

Comfortable and great location for what I needed

Our room was very hot! We had to call down to the desk 3 times because the air conditioning was controlled by them and still very hot and we could not sleep. The surroundings around the property were awful and I did not feel safe walking around.

Hotel was a perfect choice for a pre-cruise stay: modern, clean and very well situated!

The property was very clean!! The staff were kind and helpful. It is conveniently located near the port and the metro. helpful when you come in on a late ferry or want to go straight to the airport via metro. will definitely stay again

Flott nytt hotell med god service. Litt hard seng.

Wonderful apartment, very central and so near to the railway station. Excellent rooms with good bathroom. Disappointed that given that the rooms were luxurious, there was no rain shower.

I booked my room for a few days..people & staff are nice & it is a good environment. However, they gave me a terrible room and we can’t able to adjust our temperature ( not sure they set their own rules in the front of front desk) my room was so hot and I was not be able to sleep at night. I told their staff that I need to change a new room but they don’t take an action ASA possible.

The room was very clean and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Brand new property great location for cruising so close to the port

I spent 3 nights at Gallery for convenience to the ferries. It was a very good choice and I recommend it to anyone who wants to explore the Greek islands.

Our family had booked from Toronto value ! The Gallery across the street was just opened the management upgraded for a stay in a New build Gallery Suite. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay.

Checked in at 2am and staff were quick and helpful !
