Service was horrendous, my room as full of hair the bathroom as well, tub was dirty. Pool was cloudy and nasty breakfast only one person working and we had to wait another half hour to get the next run of breakfast or refills. Front desk lady was terrible and customer service was horrible. Would recommend it!

Liked full size fridge & dishwasher. Job ended two days early. Wife called front desk and they said no problem. Went to front desk, it was unattended. Waited 10 miles, left key cards in basket. Began drive home. Wife called front desk at 2:12pm to confirm 2 day refund would be issued. Wife was told clerk had to get ok from GM & will call back. Two hours later wife called was told she should’ve called by 2 so there will be no refund. Have been trying to reach GM since 7/17. Always an excuse. Now have Corporate involved. Doubt I’ll get refund for two nights. Will never stay at this brand again. Should’ve stayed at the Marriott, which is our preferred brand.

Bathroom had no toilet paper or shower curtain, no sheets for the pull out couch, and horrible customer service!

Large bags of trash sat in the hallway in our floor for two days. No cups for coffee with morning breakfast The staff had to be told they were out of eggs and waffle mix Pool water looked cloudy. I would not let my family get in the pool.

We were so happy with our stay. Everything was great and we would recommend this place for a nice stay.

Our overall stay was good. Room was cool and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The building was a bit untidy. Hallways needed vacuuming and the trash cans were overflowing.

We enjoyed our at MainStay Suites. The air conditioning unit would not turn off so we had to unplug it. The maid service did not come to bring us clean house. Overall, this was a good place to stay for our visit to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

The hotel room was a King w/ a kitchenette and a pull-out bed. For the price it was a very nice room. The shower had a lot of soap scum built up which is indicative of it not being thoroughly cleaned often and the breakfast the following morning was all ulta-processed foods except for some fruit. Beyond these two things, it was a great stay.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. We can tell the staff goes beyond call of duty and they actually care. The hot Breakfast was very good too.

Our stay was sub-par. No sheets or blanket for pull out bed. Dirty q-tips on the floor by the bed. Shower was very dirty. Ice maker made horrible noise so we got no sleep. Breakfast area was dirty. Over all, I’d never stay there again.

Property was great, front staff was nice, however, there was no housekeeping done like in other hotels, no rolling beds available at all, we had to ask for extra towels twice after no response the first time, no extra toilet paper was provided, once asked again when we ran out, was told they didn’t have access to the supply room and was left without anything. Very disappointed in the service and won’t be staying here again

This is a spacious, modern and well appointed hotel. We only stayed for one night prior to experiencing the Ark Encounter. Lady at the front desk was great. The only downside, was pubic hairs in the bathroom basin, which was very off-putting. Overall, very happy. From the guests in room 206 (5-28-24).

The service staff were very accommodating to us getting there two hours early and got us a room cleaned and ready right away!

The breakfast was one of the worst. I understand it's complimentary but might as well not offer it all if it's going to be like that. Worst part was there was no coffee cups available. Facility was fine other than that.

The room was not clean, there were dirty towels from the previous guest. There was no body soap or shampoo in the bathroom I had to go to the reception to ask for some. Breakfast was scarce and many people go without breakfast, the juice machines were dirty and empty. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here

We liked finding a suite & the cost was great for family of 6 but our room was missing soap, garbage cans and enough towels for our family. Pool didn’t have pool towels.

At arrival the check-in was a mess and I could not get my stay points. I stayed 3 nights, my daughter had a separate room..very similar. No iron, no points, minimal dishes. My rant: Go into the room, there were paw prints on the pull out sofa sheets, eww. The dishwasher was full of prev tenants dishes..because machine didn't work. Hotel sent a maint guy who worked on it, made it hum. Before bro made it to the elevator, machine clunked and didn't work. Re-told them, but it's weekend.. nothing done. I paid for the "suite", so I could cook and not eat out.. too bad for that plan. No dishes available, there was a single spoon in the drawer (I'm not washin someone else dirty dishes, again ewww) Breakfast? (Continental? Where?) What a joke. Empty @1.5hrs to go/be open. Asked for refill, got attitude (from server, not desk staff). No tea bags, no creamer, yogurt, eggs and meat all empty. Waffle maker... only one for how many guests? Bro made 4 for his kids/2 self...others waiting too long wait!!! Milk spilled across counter, cereal about empty..c'mon DO BETTER! Up on floor, garbage cans overflowed 3ft beyond the pretty large can, stinky, unkempt. Final straw? The ONE elevator for the whole property, yeah the inspection/certificate posted inside is E.X.P.I.R.E.D. Have stayed many places. Seems like I have no recourse, if on-site staff won't/can't do whats needed!! Not worth my hard-earned dollars. Won't be back. Will tell others to caution.

This hotel has great potential. They had a nice pool and the rooms were huge with 2 beds, a couch and a kitchenette with all the basics needed. Unfortunately our room was only partially clean (toilet was dirty, floors hadn’t been vacuumed, dirty dishes still in the dishwasher and no replacement sheets for pullout couch) . We did complain and the lady at the desk offered to have it better cleaned for us but that should have already been done. She stated they had new cleaning staff that were just learning but then someone should be inspecting the rooms prior to having someone stay in them. Breakfast in the morning was good, but they didn’t offer as much choice as other hotels.

Was impressed how clean it was. The only downside is the room was not prepared for guests so we had to request for personal items. Other then that, it I would definitely stay here again if in the area.

All of the employees that I meet were very friendly and helpful, but for a newer hotel it was nasty in the room. Had to go down to the front desk to get something to clean with because the tables were dirty, chairs were nasty, bathroom sliding doors were dirty and the breakfast was cold and not done! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this facility and I probably won’t be back.
